Over the course if the last month, my iphone 6 became increasingly opposed to taking a charge. Gone were the days of simply plugging it in. Instead it became a daily exercise in patience and precision. Jiggling the charger in there just right, and then hoping for the best. Until finally, it refused to take the charge, and thus faded to black. After a couple days of enjoying the "digital detox" from my phone, I decided to take it in to see what was up. After all, I'm sure my 300 Instagram followers were concerned about my whereabouts. Weilding a small surgical device, he carefully extracted an impressive amount of gunk with had caked itself to the inner walls of my charging port, insulating it any and all charging attempts. iPhone Wizards took my husbands phone on a walk in. I'm not sure if they usually have the time for that or if we caught them at a good time. It's probably worth it to call first and get a quote on time, but we were lucky and were in and out in 15 minutes! I definitely thought it might take longer, we had decided to eat first and then use the screen repair time to drop leftovers off at home. Barely had time for that. On to the actual repair - they worked a miracle. My husband obliterated his screen. He dropped heavy metal clamps on it and the screen was not only cracked but the LED display under it was black. It looked haunted. They got it looking brand new, in under 20 minutes, and charged $99 (he has the iPhone 11.) They only take cash so plan for that. I think the ATM withdrawal fee was only $1 but if you're able to get cash back somewhere else before or drop by your bank and avoid that fee even better. They have accessories like pop sockets and chargers lining the wall. Obviously you can buy a screen protector for your newly repaired screen. I would never use an unaccredited phone repair shop again. I went in here not realizing there are companies that are accredited repair shops and then shops like this. I went in here with a broken screen and a phone that worked. After beginning the repairs they tried to tell me my entire phone was shot and that it was just going to die eventually anyways. That after they did the repaid it was just magically overheating out of nowhere. They tried to insist that it was happening before I brought the phone in instead of just admitting that they cause the issue while trying to repair it because my phone was perfectly okay before walking in, outside of the cracked screen of course. The repair guy decided to get a little mouthy from his backroom instead of just taking responsibility for his screw-up. The best part was, instead of buying the new screen which is what they tried to get me to do, I just had them put the old screen back on, but once they put the old screen back on the entire screen was just black with a bunch of colored lines! Now they broke the entire screen! If I were you I would avoid this place like the plague, and go to a place like CPR for your phone repairs and pay the extra buck. Which is what I did. He fixed my screen in about 15 minutes, and the phone MAGICALLY! is just fine and works perfectly now for about $25 extra dollars. read more

This was the third quote for my shattered screen. The first one quoted $79 the second one $69 so I thought I would call one more. Well they said $59 at FIRST, right, to get my attention. But.... there could be an extra $20 fee passed on to customer. Sounds like a used car dealership. So I went down to get quote and of course mine was $79!! You wasted my time and give up the Bait! I reviewed many quotes and reviews before decided to patronize this business. I was quoted $69 to replace the screen on my iPhone 8. Before coming here, I did read a review that mentioned the screen is notably not as bright as the original. I just got my phone in December and cracked the screen so I felt compelled to get it done. When I got here, I asked would there be a difference in quality. I was told that there wouldn't be, although, I had read otherwise and was prepared for a difference ahead of time. I didn't want to spend a fortune on a phone that I knew I'd only have for a few years. However, because the phone was relatively new, I just knew that I didn't want to walk around with a cracked screen for the next 21 months! Service per Yelp and in person was great. No complaints! Delivery time of service rendered was as quoted.. ready when I picked it up! All good! Price Excellent! So why not 5 stars?? Here is why... My phone screen is definitely cooler in brightness than it was before. Again, I KNEW this was a possibility. However, I was told otherwise. I feel that they should let their customers know that there could be a slight difference in the brightness of screen just so folks know what they're getting into. This is a responsible business tactic. I'd even recommend that they show a comparison chart. I don't believe for one second that they're unaware of this possibility. At $69 (best price around) it won't hurt their business at all. People will still be willing to get their expensive iPhone fixed at this price because they don't want to walk around with a busted screen as I did and won't mind the "generic" screen over the far more expensive authentic iPhone screen. If the truth had been disclosed, I'd give 5 stars. read more

I found this place on a whim. I needed the glass on my iPad fixed. They demonstrated excellent customer service, answered all my questions, gave me a quote, and didn't try to up sale me anything that I didn't need. The location is across from South Point Casino, and was a little confusing to find, because it's in the corner of the shopping center, tucked away. However, it was well worth finding this gem.
