Please be careful getting your phones fixed here, if you want to be over charged for cheap materials, then I understand. My phone screen was completely shattered, I got my phone fixed here for about 200+ $$ , it's fine I needed a screen bad Less then one week later I'm sitting in a tiny chair less then 1.5 feet from the ground, my phone fell out of my pocket very softly with a screen protector on and case , the screen malfunctioned and had white lines through the screen, my old phone I dropped a million times before and never ever had this happen I took it in to get the screen replaced because they told me I would have a 90 day warranty, the told me my screen was cracked internally and they would not cover it but I could buy a new one from them, I refused very politely I proceeded to ask if I was given an oem screen or after market screen , he danced around the question and said I received a oled screen, I said I know but is it orginal or after market screen, he finally admitted that the screen was after market, I said ok, this is very cheap and this should be covered, he just proceeded to try and sell me one at a better price; I refused and politely walked out and just said I would leave a review, I would not get work done here again, I rather spend my money elsewhere with other people who take pride in their work and services ,a cheap screen should not be worth your reputation as a business read more

These people are scam artists ... beware !! They'll fix your phone and less than a month later the screen goes out.. when you take it back to them because they give you a "warranty" they'll claim damage was done and charge you again to replace the screen they just replaced .. trust me find somewhere else to get your phone fixed. read more

I broke my Samsung screen on a trip and quoted nearby places and it was the cheapest option around. I replied and called the place the same day to get a fast response for availability, but they never responded. Called the next day a couple times after opening to no avail. My cousin finally called and they actually picked up and told us they were busy but to just drop off the phone. They fixed it in about 2 hours. My iPhone xr just randomly stopped working. It wouldn't charge at all. Took it to vVerizon and the guy was able to get it to charge to like 3% after 45 minutes! They told me to take it to Apple. Apple said $89 for a new battery but because they couldn't get it to charge it was probably something else and would likely be more expensive to fix. Called Iphone Wizards for advice they said take it in for a free diagnostic... sure enough it was the battery. Been going there for years, went to get my screen replace and the girl working the front desk took my phone without giving me my phone case has they usually do. I go back to get my phone and she tells me they don't have it and they can't find it. After, she offers me to buy a phone case. This place was good, I wouldn't recommend it after the girl working the front desk straight lied to my face and they couldn't even make it right. My point is just being honest. They couldn't do that! I came in to get my charging port fixed and they first tried to clean it before taking apart my phone. Found out it needed to be repaired and they did the repair in about an hour and a half. This place is amazing. I am probably one of their most frequent customers because my family of four seems to take turns having butter fingers with their devices. On a few occasions I was sure that the device I brought in would be a crazy price and to my utter surprise they have called me and said it was nothing major and they just had to adjust a component of plug something back in NO CHARGE!!!!! This happened just yesterday. I tipped the receptionist $10 wish I had more cash to give them because I was prepared to swipe my debit or credit card for $100-$200 to fix my wife's phone. This place not only cons you out your money, but the quality of their service isn't worth what they're charging. I paid extra for the premium OLED screen just to get some cheap LED replacement, got smear marks underneath my front camera so all of my photos are blurry, and my earphone speaker doesn't work so now all my calls have to be on speaker. read more

We bought our iPhone max 10 in because the glass was cracked after they repaired it for $100. The phone would not turn on. You could not do anything on the screen so I tapped it too hard with my fingernail and the phone cracked. I called in to say what had happened and brought it back just a few days later, and he said that they would not do it for me at all, and they were gonna charge me another $70 with no guarantee the glass would work again, so no, I am not happy at all. I first did business with them in March. My son's phone screen cracked back so we got it replaced and added on a screen protector. Then in May, my son cracked his screen again. (Totally his fault. He caught a basketball while his phone was in his hand and the force of the catch broke the screen.) Nothing to do with the previous repair. So we finally came to replace it for the 2nd time. They are pretty quick. The first time they fixed it it was 10 min later. The second time took a little longer because they said they had to go pick something up. Not sure what but no big deal. They send you a text to confirm they have your item, and then call you when it's ready. They do quick and reliable service and I will happily recommend them to anyone who needs phone repairs done. My iPhone recently stopped working, so I took it to the Apple Store. They were unable to fix it because of the extent of the problem. Then I took my iPhone to iPhone Wizards. They were unable to fix it onsite, but the manager, Emma, told me they had the option of having it fixed offsite. They handled all of the shipping in both directions. Let me start by saying this place is a scam. Charged $160 to replace my son's iPhone 12 Pro Max screen. It's been a week since I had it done. They said there warranty was 90 days for no physical or water damage. My son's phone had a screen protector. The phone fell out his pocket in the house. The screen lcd cracked , but the screen protector is fine. Explain to me how the hell the lcd screen cracked and the screen protector is fine. We took it in tonight and the guy said it's not covered. The screens they use are not apple screens. They are cheap china screens that crack from a short fall. My son is only 5 foot 5. It dropped 30 inches to the ground from his pocket. It fell on the back not the screen. This is some bs. $160 a week ago for it to crack with a screen protector on. You would think for $160 they would use better screens.
