After hearing so many " it can't be done" they told me "it'll be done in 45-50" I was recently in a difficult situation where I got my phone destroyed. The back of the phone as well as the frame and the front screen was absolutely shattered. unfortunately I did not do an iCloud backup and had about 9000 photos on that phone. I took the phone to Apple and they told me that it was impossible to fix the front screen without having to fix at least the frame or the backside of the phone and tried to charge me $567. I took it two other places that quoted me $260 and $230 but there was a possibility that my phone would have to be reset and I would lose everything on it. Not only did they charge me below $200 but they were also able to get the job done without causing my phone to reset. They were friendly, and fast. Had a really great experience getting my iPhone fixed here. I had waited a very long time my screen kept cracking more and more. Finally decided to come here on a Wednesday night after I went to the gym. The girl working the desk was really helpful I handed over my phone and they said it was going to be 30 minutes and that they would text me when it was done. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and then going into the store when they asked me to wait longer because my phone was not done. After waiting for a while the girl at front asked if my phone was fixed from the guy fixing it and he said oh hers has been done for a while. That's the only reason why I'm taking away one star. The price was great but the communication was not great and I did wait longer than expected. I don't care that It took longer I just like proper expectations. read more

I highly recommend NOT to go here. They overcharge and do a shitty job on purpose to make you keep coming back to fix an issue with your phone. They say you have a 90 day warranty but they lie and still find a reason to charge you for the service. Walked in to fix my sons iPhone 11. They took a looked and said there's a crack inside of his screen. Offered if I would like a tempered glass screen protector for an additional $10 which of course I added it on. Told me it'll take 45mins and they will let me know when it's ready. 45 mins later and they texted saying it's ready which literally was perfect timing. Ran some errands around the area while we waited. Paid when we fixed the phone and I believe there is a warranty if any glitches, or phone doesn't work within a certain time frame to bring it back with no charges with is perfect. I didn't get the workers name but he was super nice. Quick and convenient. And price to fix isn't bad at all. Got my work phone screen replaced late in the afternoon for 100$ went home didn't use it for the rest of the night, the next morning it doesn't turn on. I bring it back, hasn't been 24 hours. The guy shines a light on the screen to show me there's a crack in there and wants to blame me for it. Their customer service is horrible! 3 guys comes out to gang up on you! I changed out the screen myself six months ago with an aftermarket screen then the most recent update about two days ago, turned it into the black screen of death. I went by Best Buy and they were absolutely zero help. Total jerks. I called these guys and talked to Sam and he said there were actually new aftermarket screens that are compatible with the new update that rendered many aftermarket screens unusable. These guys are amazing!! I shattered my screen while Onewheeling in Vegas ... . But I was super lucky to find these guys to fix it for me. It has been working great the last two days with no issues. I called them and I was able to drop my phone off same day. When they looked at my phone there was some Corrosion from water damage. They called to let me know and give me my options on how to fix it. They weren't able to get rid of the corrosion so they didn't charge me for trying. They did ask if I wanted them to send it to a place that could do it but it wasn't worth it me since it is an older phone. I will use them in the future if I need to.
