Okay, so I'm not a guy who normally drops $15 bucks on a car wash. I'm old school and like to stand there with a wand in my hand and plug quarters in until my thumb is numb. That said, as far as car washes go, IQ is a pretty good place. The automated stalls are no-touch and soft-touch, and there's usually a wait, so get ready. Lots of pressure, and the cars are as clean as I can expect when I pull out. Plenty of hand wash and detail spots are available. The place is easily accessible and centrally located in Owasso, so there's that. Overall, I like the place, and generally feel like I got my money's worth. And there's Not.One.SINGLE flashy, seizure inducing light in any of the automated bays. That ALONE is worth the price. read more

Nice and quick wash. I still have a preference of Tommy's though. The workers there weren't nearly as sociable as Tommy's workers.

Waited 30 minutes and only two cars ahead of me. Didn't have a value wash, prices were high and car was still dirty when we left.

I took my new (10 days old) SUV thru the $16 touchless bay yesterday to get dust off . When I got back home I noticed spots on windows and the body of car. Returned today and attendant gave me a free wash. The bad news is the car now has more spots than the first wash. Looks as though the rinse doesn't remove the soap or other chemicals used for the wash. UNFORTUNATELY I won't return or recommend this car wash to anyone. This car wash is expensive to begin with yet does a terrible job. I had water spots on the hood from a recent rain. It not only didn't take the spots off but it added water spots and streaks. They claim spotless rinse but I have to spend more time afterwards removing them with a wet paper towel. I'll never go back again. read more

I like coming here to wash my car! I don't know why there were bad reviews but personally for me I always come back to wash my car. I'm from Cali and I didn't know how to work the express wash system and one worker started the wash for free! He suggested that I do the "touch free" and he was right!!! I have used this car wash on two different occasions. Both ttimes I paid for their premium touchless car wash. Both times my car was still really dirrty. Both times I complained to management and was allowed to run my car through a second time. Even after the second time there was still bug junk on the front, the windshield still had road scum , the rear view mirrors, bottoms of the doors, and the back of the car were still dirty. What a rip off. I definitely will not be stupid enough to give them a 3rd chance. I absolutely would not recommend this car wash to any one. It's ridiculous to pay their prices and then have to go home and finish cleaning your car by hand. Don't waste your time and money at this place. read more

Good but cost a fortune! First visit to the car wash. Everything was new and clean. But, your pay a price for that newness. I used the soft touch Best car wash which was $15. I thought it did a good job. I would like to see 1.5 min drying time instead of 1 min. It's impossible to get your car close to dry with only 1 min. I loved the vacuum setup. In the beginning it was good, everything worked and the pressure was great. Now this place is going down hill, no preventive maintenance taking place, water pressure sucks and some of the functions you select are not working correctly. The only good thing is their vacuum system. The staff can explain why things are not working but can't fix. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

16 bucks and lower portion of the car and the rear window looks like it has never been touched. Total ripoff.

Terrible wash. Left green soap all over the car and did not take any of the bug spots off of the front or windshield. Not worth the 14.00
