I needed more than just a quick drive thru spray-off , and their full-service wash was perfect. They did a fantastic job on both the interior and exterior. My wheels were sparkling, and the hand-dry at the end meant no water spots. The inside was vacuumed thoroughly, and they wiped down the dash and console, leaving it looking and smelling fresh. The staff was super friendly and got me in and out pretty quickly. It's great to have a reliable, high-quality car wash right here in Owasso. I'll definitely be a regular. read more

I have used this place for years for a quick detail. With the quick detail there would still be dust or dirt left behind as well as other imperfections, but to me that was to be expected with a quick service. This time I paid for a $170 detail and they said it would take anywhere from 3-5 hours, so I expected it to be spotless. Three hours later we get the truck back and there is visible dirt all over the dash and radio controls as well as imperfections on the outside of the vehicle. We asked to speak to the manager and she handed us the owners card so we could speak to him. Then i assume the man who cleaned out the car came over to argue with us about it being clean and was unprofessional. After years of going here I will not be back and will also refer my family elsewhere. read more

I haven't been to the Auto Car Wash since it changed hands. The previous experience was a 5 star experience, so I went again the other day. There were a few spots inside on the carpet and seat and I was quoted $55 by the same lady that went inside to the register and took my $55 for an inside and outside cleaning. Outside was not really dirty as I'd already washed it. When I got home I found no evidence that the inside was even touched as the carpet hadn't even been vacuumed. The inside of the windshield was so dirty. This car has been kept inside my garage since last February so not driven. I could have taken the car for a $14 wash at QT down the street and had a better wash job. I messaged the place as I wanted to give them a chance to right the wrong doing before I put out a negative review, but theres been no responses from them. That was $55 thrown away. I came home and have had to clean the inside of the car myself. All small spots were easily removed on the seats and carpet by me for the $55 I paid for this to be done. Live and learn. I guess she forgot to tell the guys cleaning the car what I'd paid for so I got the cheapest cleaning they offer. I'm sorry I have to give a one star because my service wasn't even a Star. Im so sad to write this review. I paid for the $35 wash plus the $20 VIP to have the car completely wiped inside and out. My husband was watching after they pulled the car around and the man who was supposed to wipe the inside (i guess) just barely swiped his wrag around a few times. I've always been very satisfied with #3, they really scrub the bugs off my black car and the price seems extremely fair. They are very very well staffed with 3+ people at each phase of the wash. I used to work here and most of the reason people got frustrated With their service, I believe had to do with if their car was in worse condition than others such as bodily fluids, glass, personal belongings being in the way trailer hitches. Many other obstacles having to work around made the job harder. Therefore might have cost a little more and also when? The store is extremely busy, some customers have longer weights. It's a very unique type of place, and it's a very unique type of experience. It should be good either way, but humans aren't perfect. read more

I have been satisfied overall after going there for a few years. I normally get the mini detail. There is usually a coupon online and there is actually a special where they charge less one day a week. There have been a couple of times when I have noticed and had to fix a smeary inside window. If I've been traveling a lot and there is a larger than normal amount of bugs on my car I have asked them to please pay special attention to that. The staff has been friendly and I've learned that if any of them come inside I don't wait until my car is finished to pay I go right to the counter to pay because they are so busy. Not perfect but I bet they would correct something if asked. All I know is I wish I would have had time to drive there today after work. I did my own mini detail and man it made me hot and cranky. Decided to treat myself to the mini detail, however, still ended up recleaning my car outside in the heat immediately after. Not sure what I paid for as dog hair was left all over, little particles left over in the seats and floor mats, smudges left on the window and parts of the exterior, water marks all on the back side, bugs on the front, grease marks everywhere along with actual wet spots/cleaning solution leftover from the wipes. Basically my car was half assed vacuumed and wiped down. My car had no trash in it, just one rolled up receipt for a return in the front cup holder which was thrown away. I had not been to this car wash in a while as evident by my cars condition, but they had changed hands and the price had gone up as has most everything else today, I was the only customer there but two more came while I was there. They immediately came to help me with my car and opened the door to inside for me since I walk with a cane, it was not necessary but very graciously done. My car went through the wash and they worked on drying it off and then I did not see it and they had not called that it was ready. When I looked, the car was back in the line and I was told they had forgot to vacuumed it out. Within a few minutes, it was ready and parked near a ramp for me to access the entrance easier, The car was beautifully done and sparkling clean. They even found an old credit card I had lost and had it in the little pocket under the dash,They had signs around asking us to be patient as they were short staffed but I did not see a problem at all. This is what the bumper to bumper detail for $190 gets you which is supposed to include everything from under the hood to the trunk compartment. When we asked the manager to come out and look at the door pocket and wheel well (the first things we noticed) and to fix what wasn't cleaned, they didn't seem to be as concerned with our concerns as we were and begrudgingly "fixed" them. The last time I went to this place they did a crappy job, but that was awhile ago. I thought everyone deserves a second chance so here I go again. When they were finished with my vehicle and I started to drive off I noticed a hair line crack in my passenger mirror. Inquiring about this made the manager very upset even though I wasn't really pitching a huge fit. The lady manger just really got very offensive and was raising her Voice to me. I told her fine, I'll just yelp her. So here it is. She did hand me the owners business card and said I wasn't welcome back. Keep in mind here, I didn't actually accuse anyone or demand replacement. These guys are expensive, don't clean vehicles well, but make up for that by having the worst customer service I've experienced. The cranky owner never fails to scowl, never says hello, and just stands there staring at you until you speak. He acts like he is doing me a favor. Now he has started tacking on a $2 up charge with no explanation. (I drive a sedan, no clue). Lastly, he leaves the register unstaffed so people can't pay. Cars, including mine, are stacking up all ready to go but we can't leave until someone does us the favor of taking our money!!! read more

Unbelievably BAD job on my car. Its like they had a 5-year-old doing the vacuuming and wiping my windows. They did not take out the car mats and vacuum underneath plus all along the edges of the floor were still dirty. When driving to work this morning, the sun was behind me & I looked at my back window and it was just a huge smeary mess. What the heck did I pay them $16 for??? Oh yes - they listed the cleaning job I picked as $14 but they added an "Upcharge" of $2. For WHAT? To add insult to injury? Save your money & hire an industrious kid to clean your car. read more

I love how my car looks every time I go here! And because of the type of business that this place is, there can be good days there can be bad days, Because it all depends on the weather which can make for an interesting sometimes difficult work environment I've gone up there quite a bit I absolutely adore the owner I love the way all the people work so hard in the worst conditions of weather and put up with all kinds of issues people may have with their cars, they always do whatever they can to get the job done, i'm seeing some other negative reviews on here that are a bit harsh because no one is perfect and working in the worst conditions and trying to do your job in a timely manner has got to be hard so I give them all props up there! read more

I dropped my car off and paid for the 'Mini Detail' - the most expensive option on their price list. Very disappointed in the job they did. In summary - the paid very little attention to detail! (pun intended). I've used these guys about a dozen times just because of the convenience but NO MORE! I've never been impressed with the job they did but apparently it was good enough for me to go back - but not again! Save your money and the frustration - go somewhere else! I travel as part of my job and spend a lot of time in my car. That being said, I frequent full service car washes. This place will be a permanent stop when in Tulsa. Not only did they do a great job on my car but the attendant returned money to me that apparently had dropped below my seat. They have earned my loyalty! read more
