I started the IQ Fiber service on May 20, 2026. Thus far, from install to now, has been excellent. The only problem I experienced, since May 20th, was my computer could not find my printer. I followed instructions noted on YouTube but nothing was working. Today I received a call from IQ Fiber checking to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I explained what I was experiencing, regarding the printing, and William performed some actions remotely and suddenly the printer started working. William and the install technician (Ricardo) were great to work with. They are very experienced and were very patient with addressing all of my concerns. I had them when I lived in Gainesville. The 5-gig service was lightning fast. Going so fast, you could get you where you needed to go before you even thought about going there. TV streaming was flawless, no spooling nightmares. No frozen screens. All smart devices worked great and for once the ring camera did'nt have a giant delay between the time of identifying someone and when I was notified. read more

They while installing for our neighbors in our yard cut our AT&T line, told us they couldn't fix it, and parked in my yard without asking permission and completely blocked my driveway when I got home from work. It was just normal internet, not faster, nothing special. The company had adequate customer service that quickly declined into inadequate customer service. The internet cuts off in the morning and resets, sometimes takes a few to get the service back on. It cost twice as much as other providers in my area. The app is absolutely useless, just a loop of questions that always end in an error message. The app is truly a standout example of failure. This is an Internet company that is bad at Internet. read more

The IQ fiber installation in our neighborhood on 11/26/2025 resulted in property damage, specifically several lawns being damaged by the installation crews that wore IQ vests. The city mandated this installation even though ATT installed fiber three months earlier. I indicated I did not want IQ installed and was informed I had no choice. This will cost my neighbors and myself time,money , and effort to repair the damaged lawns. The sod that was dug up was just haphazardly placed on top of the holes in my yard. Chucks of rock like dirt and other debris were thrown on top of that. There are gaps in my lawn with no sod. Also there was a lack of English speakers present. One individual spoke broken English. I don't care about this, but I do care about my property. Also the damages cause property values to go down as well as curb appeal. IQ's response was the water the lawn for two weeks. IQ's response is not acceptable. This will cause more damage to my lawn due to it going into dormancy. I won't be able to try to repair the property damage until zoysia becomes available. Several of the lawn patches they dug up have gaps that will not refill. Other area were left bare. Beware of this company. I do not recommend them unless you like your lawn damaged. read more

Today I sent a message to IQ Fiber's Support Team, needing help with what turned out to be a TV issue, not a fiber issue at all. After some messaging back and forth with PAUL, he ended up calling us so we could not only chat about the issue, but he walked us through a couple of steps to try. Paul was so patient, very friendly, and totally confident in his comments and advice to us. We have found this to be the case with IQ Fiber and their overall service and attention to their customers. In our opinion, they have totally lived up to the promises they made when Del Webb Ponte Vedra allowed them to come into our community. We are positive we made the right choice when we moved to IQ Fiber. read more

My internet connection dropped about 5pm. I did the typical reboot of the modem and router, when I saw that wasn't going to resolve the issue I placed a call to it fiber support. They had Alex Dominey their install tech call me to let me know he was on his way within 15min of the initial call. Alex told me he was on his way and when I created him at the door he surprised me by saying you should be back online. Stellar customer service and support. There are deep holes developing on both sides of where this company dug in for its lines next to the curb. My foot got caught in it yesterday. The holes are on my neighbor's property next to mine. The grass died on mine after they dug in their lines and I had to buy and plant grass plugs when they installed the lines. Also their men left large construction hoses attached to the yellow hydrant- just lying on my front lawn for between 1 and 2 wks to tap water from the city hydrant which I had to call the city to get removed. ( It interfered with my mowing my lawn and was unsightly and was damaging my grass. The crew they hire cannot speak English when you try to talk to them. So, no I have not switched to trying their service! read more

After several months, my great service started having various issues. Speed slow down, little moments off then back on; and I had purchased a handheld gaming device that was have issues with the connection. Jay Washegesic came out the afternoon. I called for help. He tested then began a scientific, detective-like search for the problem. He found a problem in the exterior box, which worked but not to the point he expected; he continued to work the problem and discovered a bad component in the router. Exemplary job. Service is now what I expect. Kudos to Jay and IQ Fiber. read more

Technician Jose was at the residence today to sort out a few small but annoying wifi issues. He was awesome. Spent 2 1/2 hrs going thru every single satellite (5 of them) + the router. Apparently 2 satellites were too close to each other therefore interfering with the wifi signal to main TV area. Each satellite was reset to ensure best signal. Garage door wifi wasn't working due to prior changes in wifi and it took some time but Jose was amazingly patient, sorted out the source of the problem & corrected it. Everything seems to be working great at this time. Jose was wonderful. Can't give IQ Fiber in general enough praise as a company. They are local & a local "PERSON" actually answers the phone within couple minutes, routs me immediately to appropriate support and if necessary (as today) a technician is sent to the house very quickly. If major outage for some reason, usually same day to make sure loss of service is extremely brief. Never a charge for service to come out. Underground Fiber so tree limbs no longer interrupt service. Internet speeds fabulous! Performance of fiber is amazing and they supply all the equipment, nothing I needed to purchase. I am delighted with Jose's performance today & IQ Fiber as a whole. read more

Our new IQ Fiber internet service was installed yesterday, and it was such a pleasant experience. It was refreshing to have the process made EASY, And Rob, the installer, was GREAT - knowledgeable and helpful. IQ Fiber was installed in our neighborhood a few months ago, and their representative, Shandra, came by the house to explain their process. She mentioned that her installer would help us set up our Oooma Voice over IP phone, which was a big selling point for me. She impressed me so I saved her business card. As soon as we could get away from AT&T, I called her, and she took care of the rest. LOVE my new, speedier service. read more
