I started the IQ Fiber service on May 20, 2026. Thus far, from install to now, has been excellent. The only problem I experienced, since May 20th, was my computer could not find my printer. They while installing for our neighbors in our yard cut our AT&T line, told us they couldn't fix it, and parked in my yard without asking permission and completely blocked my driveway when I got home from work. The IQ fiber installation in our neighborhood on 11/26/2025 resulted in property damage, specifically several lawns being damaged by the installation crews that wore IQ vests. The city mandated this installation even though ATT installed fiber three months earlier. I indicated I did not want IQ installed and was informed I had no choice. This will cost my neighbors and myself time,money , and effort to repair the damaged lawns. The sod that was dug up was just haphazardly placed on top of the holes in my yard. Chucks of rock like dirt and other debris were thrown on top of that. There are gaps in my lawn with no sod. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also there was a lack of English speakers present. One individual spoke broken English.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't care about this, but I do care about my property. Also the damages cause property values to go down as well as curb appeal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]IQ's response was the water the lawn for two weeks. IQ's response is not acceptable. This will cause more damage to my lawn due to it going into dormancy[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I won't be able to try to repair the property damage until zoysia becomes available. Several of the lawn patches they dug up have gaps that will not refill. Other area were left bare. Beware of this company. I do not recommend them unless you like your lawn damaged. read more

It cost twice as much as other providers in my area. There are deep holes developing on both sides of where this company dug in for its lines next to the curb. My foot got caught in it yesterday. The holes are on my neighbor's property next to mine. The grass died on mine after they dug in their lines and I had to buy and plant grass plugs when they installed the lines. Also their men left large construction hoses attached to the yellow hydrant- just lying on my front lawn for between 1 and 2 wks to tap water from the city hydrant which I had to call the city to get removed. ( It interfered with my mowing my lawn and was unsightly and was damaging my grass. After several months, my great service started having various issues. Speed slow down, little moments off then back on; and I had purchased a handheld gaming device that was have issues with the connection. Jay Washegesic came out the afternoon. I called for help. He tested then began a scientific, detective-like search for the problem. He found a problem in the exterior box, which worked but not to the point he expected; he continued to work the problem and discovered a bad component in the router. Exemplary job.
