He then offered the chairs at a good price, free assembly, and free delivery within a week. True to his word. They actually look better than the chairs that originally came with the dining room set, and they fit better when pushed in because they don't have bulkier cushioning, so we're happy. It's clear that cleanliness and organization are not a priority here. The biggest issue was when I tried to purchase a bathing suit that was on the sales floor. Because it didn't have a price tag, the employees refused to sell it to me. I was told it was an "online-only" item, even though it was displayed in the store. The manager made no effort to look up the item or find the price and simply refused to sell it. It felt like they didn't want to help. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the condition of the store was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

This Target collects 5 cents deposit on nearly every carbonated and non-carbonated beverage (even…read morewater) that they sell, as every store does. It doesn't sound like much, but if you buy a lot like I do, those nickels add up fast. This location, however, will not refund your money (as required by law). Technically, they have four machines outside the store, around back, but they are literally always broken. They won't refund your money at the service counter inside either. So, they're just keeping everyone's money. Also, they start restocking their shelves hours before closing, so you can't even get down the aisles in the grocery section. Customer service is extremely lacking as well. Additionally, be careful because the prices marked on the shelves often don't match what they charge at the register.

Communication was good, and while we were able to call for updates, it would be even better if progress reports were shared every few weeks, especially when you have a deadline like Thanksgiving. Plus, the saleswoman made me signed many different digital documents from which she did not want give me a copy of it. When I reported that I was unsatisfied with the hard mattress they informed me that I had to Waite 31 days, before I could get a softer mattress. I treated the manager with a dispute with my Visa card, and finally they replaced with another one that Has a hard quality also, even though it is supposed to be a "Eastern and Foster State Soft mattress". To summarize, this store is not responsible and do not give you a good costumer service when they have already charged your credit card. Be aware that they charge you for a premium protection plan that is simply a cover for the mattress; but they do not want to give you a good quality mattress that I have requested and paid for it. The second mattress is hard as stone and hurt my back bones. I do not recommend this horrendous store to any one, there are other stores around the same mall that you can check before making a purchase With this problematic store.
