We couldn't be more thrilled with how easy the process was and how beautiful her photos turned out. She was so careful with our new baby (first) and we felt beyond comfortable with her working with him in her studio. We came back again for a mini-session for Mother's Day which was so special and a priceless chance to catch those photos you want, but never seem to be able to get yourself. As a Mom, I find I have tons of snaps of my son with everyone else, but none of just the two of us. It was great to have that chance to get those action snapshots and we look forward to doing more mini-sessions with Heather over the years. We recently also did my son's One Year pictures and Cake Smash. She provided great information ahead of time so we knew exactly how to prepare before the shoot and what to expect. She had wonderful design ideas and took our ideas and desires into account from the beginning. My son seemed to be a bit shy around new people, very active and was more interested in the blackberries than his (delicious!!) cake. Despite this unpredictability in a toddler, Heather was able to work with him during our session to get amazing shots and catch those smiles that we will treasure for years to come. Her process of online photo review and downloading is easy and seamless. It was very easy for me to share with family and get things distributed and ordered right away. We look forward to working with Heather for all our family photos for years to come. She and her family are such a treasure to have in our community.

( I DO NOT RECOMMEND)…read moreMy experience started off really well with Steve being responsive however once he visited the home, he became a "Mr. Know everyone" person telling me everyone he knew, played golf with, took pictures for, etc. which I entertained as I was hoping this would just lead to professional quality. After the photo shoot of the home was done, we were told he would send them to his photo finisher to add the quality touches as needed and he would graciously share all of the aerials with us, he stated no extra would be charged. Showing my gratitude, I added $25 to the total for gratuity. Shortly after finally receiving the photos (much longer than stated), the photos did not appear to have any finishing touches added, nor did he share any additional photos with me. I then reviewed his website in detail and found a pricing sheet listed. I found the price he charged me for what I received was far less than what he stated I owed/paid. I feel cheated. As I continued to email him for better photo's, suggesting edits, etc. he soon stopped responding, no additional emails or photos were provided. I was left with poor quality photos that I overpaid for and added gratuity too,, overall we ended up using most of my personal photo's taken and only a few of his with 1 of the aerials. My fault for not researching in more detail prior! LESSON LEARNED. There are many other MORE PROFESSIONAL photographers out there that charge way less and provide better faster service. We've recently had more photos taken and received them back the same day with wonderful touches added and paid $125 total (40 pics, 5 aerials, same day service) compared to the $300 paid to Coastal Air Photos for 35 pics and 3 aerials. No thank you!
