I need a company to help me clean out my brother's house after he passed. I hired a move-out cleaning for my apartment after some subleasers left the place. I am out of town so I was unable to see the state of the place before the cleaning took place. Apparently the subleasers left a bunch of food and other items in the cabinets and the fridge. IREP refused to clean these areas, even when I offered to pay extra for them to just dispose of the junk. This made it very inconvenient for me as I had to scramble to hire another cleaner willing to take out the stuff after the cleaning. edit: my apartment landlord charged me an extra $300 for cleaning services because my apartment was not in "move-in" condition despite the fact that I hired IREP to do a "move-out cleaning". I sent IREP a complaint and they never responded. Fussy and unresponsive: DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING CLEANED. read more

Amazed at how well they cleaned my house. Can't tell you how it made my heart flutter to see them wiping down all the baseboards (by hand) and dusting the light fixtures (again by hand). My previous house cleaners hadn't bothered to do that in the year they had cleaned my house. They might have it it with a feather duster but no more that that. For the past year and a little more my husband and I have been using IREP for cleaning service at our house. We were in a cramped 700 sf house with a cat and a dog who were shedding monsters (honestly the only reason I hired a cleaning service at first was b/c my husband hated the hair balls and I don't even notice them anymore haha) ... We loved them so much after the first couple of visits at 1x month I moved it to every three weeks. IREP has always been on time and there when they say they will be, super reliable. I love the ladies that come to my place every time - they are so friendly and also work well together and are super fast. I trust them and they get along so well with my fuzzies too that I am able to leave or not be there sometimes when they are coming! I am not an easy sell with people I don't know well doing this so this says alot :) We just moved into a larger house that we built and they came for the first time yesterday and I realized I have never reviewed them! They did a beautiful job as always - it was immaculate when I got home and smelled so fresh! I don't know what they use but the cleaning products leave your home smelling clean!
