If I decide to purchase a phone on Kijijji or another place I have the person meet me at George's business and ask that he review the health of the phone and whether it is unlocked. This is very important as some people selling phones are not completely honest. Sometime they owe on their bill and sometimes they actually don't own the phone. Also, I was looking for a new cellphone plan and spent too many hours analyzing carriers and plans. I went to George and he helped me find a plan and at an excellent price for my wife and I.
