BlackBerry is down to less than 1% of the market, so not very many phone repair shops have any experience with the current/recent BlackBerry lineup. I made over a dozen phone calls to different phone repair places, all with the same result - "We don't work on those. No idea where you could get it repaired". I took my BlackBerry Priv to Japan and the Philippines on a business trip, and even though I used the correct voltage converters in both places, something went wrong, and my phone stopped working. As in, I couldn't even turn it on. These guys fixed it, quickly, and reasonably, and I would recommend their services to anyone. Kudos.

The next day i got a call that there was an issue, the screen cracked while they were repairing it. As a resolution to the issue they replaced it with another Samsung TV of the same size that they had that was newer and had more features. That's integrity.
