This place is amazing. Great price, they fixed my shattered screen super quick. The owner was very nice and made sure I was taken care of. The other employees were also very nice and made sure everything was working before I left. I will be returning to have my son's cracked iPad screen fixed. The insurance I pay through my carrier covered a broken screen, but the cost would have been more and I was told it would take them 2 hours. Cellular EMT had it done in under 30 minutes. Who can repair a BlackBerry phone these days? I'll answer my own question: Hardly anyone. BlackBerry is down to less than 1% of the market, so not very many phone repair shops have any experience with the current/recent BlackBerry lineup. I made over a dozen phone calls to different phone repair places, all with the same result - "We don't work on those. No idea where you could get it repaired". I took my BlackBerry Priv to Japan and the Philippines on a business trip, and even though I used the correct voltage converters in both places, something went wrong, and my phone stopped working. As in, I couldn't even turn it on. These guys fixed it, quickly, and reasonably, and I would recommend their services to anyone. Kudos. read more

Waited two weeks for repair i finally went and got my deposit back and went elsewhere i would not reccomend this place

Very displeased with the service they have. Called Thursday night to get the screen I needed and they had to order it and promised a Saturday fix. Went in and not only did they not even have my order ready, they didn't even know I was coming. So now instead of going elsewhere that said they could fix it on Saturday, I'm stuck with a broken phone until Monday, hopefully. I really don't know what goes on in this store. I gave a deposit on Saturday they told me the part would be in on Tuesday. Tuesday came, no call. I called them, the part would be in Wednesday, same bs. They said Thursday, nope finally Friday it was there! The owner said he was out of town the previous week and apologized for the mix up, first he said that whoever placed the order had it shipped via usp instead of fed ex or whatever they use for faster delivery I suggested that the person who did that be spoken to, then he said he was the one placed the order. They recently had to close one store because someone had quit, now I don't know if that other store is closed for good or not but obviously there is trouble within the store. I had to return to the store because my phone still didn't work correctly.. they first said there was nothing more to do. I told him I wanted my old part back on my phone and my $100 cash back. Awful, none existent customer service!! Took my phone in on Thursday to fix a broken screen and they said it would be ready the next day. Stopped in Friday, still not done. Was told it would be Saturday. So I called as to not waste a trip but their phone was busy for an hour or so. Decided to stop by and check on it. Still not done and promised by the person "who only works on weekends" that it would be done on Monday. He was even going to go after work to find the parts. In the meanwhile, I was given a "courtesy phone," which was a flip phone. My phone was a smartphone so the least they could have done was given me something comparable. I had to waste time on the phone with Verizon to get it activated since my current plan was not compatible. Monday rolls around and I didn't hear from them so I had to call them after work. The guy who answered didn't know so he called the "owner". He called back and gave me some BS about switching vendors so the parts didn't come in (same story they fed me on Saturday)...well there were 3 chances for the right parts to come in since I dropped it off first thing Thursday am. Didn't hear anything Tuesday so I went into the store on Wednesday. That person didn't know what was going on with it and couldn't give me any details. I ended up taking the phone out of there, which was in 100 pieces. Such as waste of time!! I would not recommend going there. The least someone could have done was to call me and explain what was going on, instead they all chose to be ignorant to the situation. AWFUL! No one seemed to care about the situation. read more
