She says they are moving locations and should be completely set up in a few weeks from this review date. Something is not right. I don't think Boost Mobile would leave a storefront under construction under the supervision of one employee. Someone is not showing up to work and it is at cost to the customer. I come back at 5 pm and now they shut the lights off and the signs too. This is ridiculous. 2. It's Saturday. The hours are from 10:30am-3pm. I get there at 12pm. Same ridiculous thing as the day before. One advice for the obviously lack of management of this place. Take out UPS Access Point if you can't at all even honor your own store hours. Or maybe hire more people because the person that manages this place leaves and closes the store whenever he/she feels like it. I've seen 50 people try to knock on the door at this place and this this absolutely ridiculous. Like no excuses. Lack of communication and you could at least clean your voicemail box because it's full when I was trying to call.
