I honestly don't know how are they still in business, absolutely atrocious experience with them. If you leave your device with them forget about it for a few months, they'll give you the "yeah, it's almost ready" line for months on end. DO NOT GO THERE. read more

The owner Mike Rodriguez had another store called My #1 Store and why did he close that store? Well because he ripped people off at that store so when his partner left to florida he blamed him. He will use other customer's phone's to fix others and when he breaks something then he'll blame the customer. And if you get upset at him he gets all offended and wants to fight you knowing that he was the one that damaged the phone even more but will blame you for all that's wrong with phone,tablet or even your account with tmobile. read more

I purchased a knock off iPhone 8 screen replacement. After installation the screen changed colors similar to a rainbow. Took it back to iRepair and the employee did not seem to care. Claimed I dripped the phone and stated "Tempered glass does not break on its own". The customer service and quality of screens is poor. Go elsewhere for phone repairs. read more

This place is absolute trash, please avoid it at all costs. I took my MacBook there to be repaired, I was initially lured by the cheap price so I let them try it. After holding waiting for the screen to come in for a week, I picked up my computer to see their horribly shoddy work, the screen was crooked and dirty on the inside, the broke a bracket that is instrumental in hiding wires and holding it together. They had excuse after excuse and promised to mail me the piece they broke. Well nothing came in the mail, and the screen broke again. I took it to Apple (which I should have done from the beginning, and they told me there were parts missing on the inside. AVOID THIS PLACE read more

This place is absolute trash. They fixed my macbook screen for a fraction of the cost, which i appreciated. When I received my computer back, there were parts broken, the screen was dirty on the inside (giving me permanent spots on screen) and crooked. This is the worst job I have ever seen. Please avoid them at all costs. read more

I brought my tablet here for repair, they gave me a date to pick it up and they didn't have it, they gave me a second date and again not ready. I asked for a refund of my money and they told me to wait 48hrs to get processed it's been six day and still nothing. Irepair if your are reading this you can't just put a sign on a building and call it a business! This place is absolutely unprofessional. I know there isn't a lot to choose from out there but avoid this place at all cost trust me save your self the headache! read more

Where do I begin. I'm very happy with how quick they fixed it. "Fixed" I get in my car and it still won't charge with any of my 3 chargers. I get to the tattoo shop and it won't even charge with their chargers. So I turn around and go back. Mike says that it working in their chargers so I end up thinking it's a problem on my end. Get home. And it won't charge anywhere. Call em back and tell Mike of the situation and he says, "if you can make it back over here before we close I can help you. But the alarm is automatically activated at 7 so there's nothing I can do" (and I'm paraphrasing) "you can come tomorrow, we're open 12-6". Fine. Tomorrow comes. It's 4pm. Definitely not open. And that's cause their sign says open 11-7. Not 12-6. Y'all need to get it together. I'm definitely getting my money back if I have to go there every day. Hey Mike, thanks for the lighter. But your customer service blows. One star for hooking it up with the lighter. Should give me some gas money for the "we're open" lie. Don't waste your time and money here. read more

I highly need to talk to the manager of this place. I've been calling them lots of times asking for a refund of a device that didn't get fixed and I still got charged on November 2016. Every time I call them, they tell me the same thing, which is "people that used to work here in 2016 don't work here anymore so we don't really know what you're talking about". This place sucks!!! don't take anything to them! I took my daughter's iphone 6 back in early October to replace screen, turns out the motherboard needed replacement. The tech said he was taking it to their main location in McAllen because he had the motherboard there. after I told him it was an att service phone I needed, he says he's putting a motherboard that will work for some stupid telecom companies I've never heard of, so I asked him to stop work and just return my phone. It is now December 13th and nobody can tell me where my phone is!! The lousy worker at the Pharr location never knows anything and last time I was there, he called a manager, the stupid manager hung up on me and then wouldn't answer his employees repeated phone calls!! what customer service! DO NOT GO TO THESE THIEVES TO SERVICE ANYTHING!! I even left my phone number for a manager to call me and they could care less to call back! I haven't heard anything back from them. read more

After all was said and done i got my ipad back with a scratch on the inside top right corner and i was told it was glue from the screen. They said it would dissapear by today but it didnt. I already had an unpleasent experience from this store so i wont be going back to dispute the scratch, regardless this store will damage your expensive electronics and tell you its just a glue strip dont trust them with any of your screens phones tablets or electronics this shop holds no integrity.
