I almost feel like we are at a spa or retreat while we do our laundry. The vibe was so chill. Had a nice Jazz Bar meets Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru's house on Tatooine. The payment technology was simple and upgrades were included. Charged my phone and enjoyed free Wi-Fi. Near our hotel the cost would have been about $105 compared to like $32 plus a subway fare, so much better. With a great coffee from across the street and friendly staff we couldn't ask for anything more. We'll be coming back in a few days before we leave Sydney.

It was done same-day, and I chose to have it delivered to the hotel for a nominal fee instead of walking back to fetch it. When the clean laundry didn't get delivered to my door by 5 as expected, I went down to the front desk to inquire and they said it hadn't been delivered, so I called Wash on the Rocks. They answered, called the driver, confirmed it had indeed been delivered (at 4:30!), then had the hotel bellman call me to confirm as well. I ran down to get that laundry so fast! I just really appreciated both the convenience and the immediate problem solving; it was the hotel's error, not theirs, but they really worked to get me those clean clothes. Highly recommend.
