Well, I thought "that's easy". I put in the request. But no one called me. Three days later I received an email stating that they will be in my area and if I wanted to put my name on the list to pick up my bike. I was surprised because why would I let you pick up my bike if I do not know where you are taking it to and how much it is going to cost me. I want to talk to someone about it first before I made my decision. This business has some good reviews. That's one of the reasons why I reach out to them. The other reason why I chose this business because they are mobile. But they don't do any work on your bike at your place. Again, they pick up the bike and then service it somewhere else. I didn't like that idea. So, I didn't respond to the email.

It was from one of those no-name companies where you order the bike online and it gets delivered but you have to do the final assembly yourself. Anyhow, the owner recommended a replacement instead of a repair, and gave me a really good deal on a used but very nice, significantly higher end wheel instead. Service was friendly and extremely fast. I'll definitely send my friend here if he wants to upgrade his rear wheel down the road.

I have a restoration project bike that I've been working on for years, and it was time to re-spoke…read moremy '82 Redline BMX racing bike. The 40+ year old spokes were completely dingy and flankly made the bike look it's age, so it was time to replace them. I know how it's kind of a science to respoke a bike so that it doesn't ping when you roll over certain parts of the wheel (especially when the rider is well over 200lbs, haha). So I was a little nervous about it TBH, but Christian took a personal interest in the project (even took the bike home with him to work on) and it was delivered to be everything I expected. Zero pings when my heavy ass is riding it, haha. He even lubed up the hubs and gave each of the rims a thorough scrub down. And he told me to ride it over the course of the next month, and if it does start to ping at all after settling to bring it back for adjustments. Great service!
