My wifi/hard-wired speeds had been inconsistent and generally very slow. I determined it was likely do to bad cabling from the previous owners, as well as the cabinet having useless, used cables everywhere. I HATED working in that room as it was a nightmare to work with. A picture speaks a thousand words so check out the before and after. He mounted everything in the cabinet very professionally, removed all the redundant and used cables (having to climb through a insulated tightly packed attic) and mounted my router on the outside of the cabinet for easy access and to provide maximum range/efficiency. My speeds on both wifi and hardwired skyrocketed! Even during PEAK hours I was getting well over what my cable company was 'guaranteeing.' Off-hours it is well beyond what is advertised by Cox. He was very thoughtful in his process. (planned ahead and had multiple solutions if he came across any problems.) Beyond the box he checked the Ethernet jacks in every room and re-placed them/tested as necessary. He does full residential and commercial jobs and for the amount of time he spent the price was beyond fair and MUCH lower than I was expecting. I cannot recommend this guy enough!

I expressed my concern about some recent problems with a "Ding-dong-Ditcher" who has been targeting our house at bizarre hours (5am and late at night), but have been unable to catch the culprit. AirComm was very helpful in providing some great suggestions and excellent pricing on their video monitoring services. I am truly grateful for their help, and can now sleep soundly at night knowing that the person responsible for these sinister acts will be caught on camera. In 2024 I purchased the Samsung S24+ from this location and had a horrible experience. The guy who…read morehelped me whose name I don't know since he wasn't wearing a name tag but whose employee ID last 3 digits are (649) store # 8489 provided terrible service. I was upgrading from the S21, which I had loved for three years. Despite bringing my own accessories, he insisted on selling me phone cases, screen protectors, and a smartwatch, which I did not need. When I declined, he became extremely rude and had an attitude for the rest of the interaction. He retrieved the phone from the back and handed it to me in the box without switching out the SIM card or turning on the phone, which they normally do. He did not offer a bag or anything after I had just purchased a phone. I was very upset at this point. I had to ask him to switch the SIM card, and after he did, he just handed me the phone without offering any further assistance. I have never experienced such poor service. After about 10 minutes of trying to transfer my files on my own, I had to call over someone else to help me. I left the store feeling extremely angry and disappointed. The entire experience was ridiculous; I am paying money and expect to be treated better. We have been customers for over 15 years so this is not acceptable. I don't want to visit this location ever again, but since it is an actual T-Mobile store and not a third-party chain, I have no choice. The employees here need to do better!

I couldn't unlock it, type on it or do anything at all. I am not a T-Mobile customer but as I saw this store on my travels I swung by. The guy who helped me was very nice, and was happy to lend me a hand even if I wasn't one of their regular customers. He fixed it and had me on my way shortly. For what it's worth if you ever get your phone into this mode, you have to hit every button three times in a row for it to register. Once you get it back up and running you can go into the settings and disable the mode completely.
