In 2024 I purchased the Samsung S24+ from this location and had a horrible experience. The guy who helped me whose name I don't know since he wasn't wearing a name tag but whose employee ID last 3 digits are (649) store # 8489 provided terrible service. I was upgrading from the S21, which I had loved for three years. Despite bringing my own accessories, he insisted on selling me phone cases, screen protectors, and a smartwatch, which I did not need. When I declined, he became extremely rude and had an attitude for the rest of the interaction. He retrieved the phone from the back and handed it to me in the box without switching out the SIM card or turning on the phone, which they normally do. He did not offer a bag or anything after I had just purchased a phone. I was very upset at this point. I had to ask him to switch the SIM card, and after he did, he just handed me the phone without offering any further assistance. I have never experienced such poor service. After about 10 minutes of trying to transfer my files on my own, I had to call over someone else to help me. I left the store feeling extremely angry and disappointed. The entire experience was ridiculous; I am paying money and expect to be treated better. We have been customers for over 15 years so this is not acceptable. I don't want to visit this location ever again, but since it is an actual T-Mobile store and not a third-party chain, I have no choice. The employees here need to do better! read more

I don't even know how I did it, but if anybody is going to come up with a unique problem it's going to be me. Somehow I managed to get my phone into the handicapped blind mode. I couldn't unlock it, type on it or do anything at all. I am not a T-Mobile customer but as I saw this store on my travels I swung by. The guy who helped me was very nice, and was happy to lend me a hand even if I wasn't one of their regular customers. He fixed it and had me on my way shortly. For what it's worth if you ever get your phone into this mode, you have to hit every button three times in a row for it to register. Once you get it back up and running you can go into the settings and disable the mode completely. read more

At one time I was a strong advocate of T Mobile for cell and internet service. They stated my rates would not increase. My rate went from $100.00 per month to $115,00 per month. They claim it's doing buying charging my credit card. They want to get into my bank account with either access to my checking account or debit card. Debit card still gives them access to my checking account. With all the fraud in today's world that's not going to happen. I'm in the process of looking for other companies. Stay away from T Mobile as there is no loyalty with them. I wish I could give them a negative rating. read more

Told me my phone won't accept calls and texts if i have dnd on and my cellular data off. They said i won't be charged extra for it and that my plan doesn't even cover international calls/text. hopefully they were telling the truth but their other coworker, calvin guevara told me different. This has been my go to T-Mobile location since moving to Arizona. It is a "real" T-Mobile store unlike all the "T-Mobile Light" stores that have popped up over the last year. They aren't worth bothering with because they can't do many of the things that a "real" store can, they are pretty much just authorized resellers operating under the T-Mobile marquee. I always seem to get waited on fairly promptly even when they are slammed and the staff is pretty good at multitasking. They have provided in-store tech support on several occasions and got my phone warranty replacement underway in short order. read more

I was at the Fixit-Mobile store in Maricopa discussing my problem with technician Justin when another customer in the store handed me her T-Mobile business card and suggested that she and Justin could fix it. I went into this particular store because of the location, and because it is a corporate store versus an authorized reseller. I had some technical issues with my phone that needed to be addressed as I use it for business. I walked in the door, and I didn't mind waiting a little bit but 45 MINUTES was over my limit and I was really having a hard time not losing my patience and walking out of the store. However, I went there with a problem that needed to be addressed NOW so I didn't have much of a choice. Once it was my turn, the young lady who assisted me was very apologetic about the wait time and did NOT rush me in answering questions or ordering me a new phone. As a matter of fact, I was told that because it was after a certain time, I would get my new phone on Thursday, so I was pleasantly surprised when it came in the mail today (a day earlier then anticipated). If there happens to be someone in management viewing these reviews, please schedule more staff in the evenings, These two girls working were SLAMMED and STRESSED because of the volume of customers and you lost customers because they walked out because of the time, not because the staff wasn't doing their job. read more

I never have trouble with anyone anywhere. I came in to switch my phone service and spoke to Chris. I did not have my information from Verizon and had to keep calling back to my office staff to get information on my Verizon account. There were two sales people and I was the only customer in the store. My total interaction with Chris was less than five minutes. When I said I had to call back a second time to my office To get additional information requested Chris said " you're being incredibly rude and you have to leave the store. ". I was dumbfounded. I did not argue with him. I did ask for the name of his supervisor who is Logan. Chris must've been having his worst day ever. Logan, unless Chris is your brother-in-law you should fire Chris on the spot. There are several other T-Mobile locations very close to Chandler mall I suggest customers avoid this location at all costs read more

I just switched from another carrier to T- mobile and we went to the store on Arizona ave (1005 S Arizona ave, Chandler) which is also the corporate retail store. Carlos Hernandez was my sales person. I would highly recommend to ask for him. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that everything was transferred from my old phone to the new phone. He took his time and never made me feel rushed. Extremely happy with the customer service at this store. read more

I stopped at the tmobile closest to me and the guy said "well we can do everything a corporate store can do"........ well not really buddy since you sent me on my way to deal with it myself At this store, I explained to Alondra that I purchased the iPhone 8 from T-Mobile's website and realized I should have ordered the Plus with the larger screen for my aging eyes. She was on it right away! She called tmobile and confirmed that I could ship back the 8 and get refunded the amount I paid online. She got a return shipping label for me (even printed it). And had the iPhone 8 Plus in the silver that I wanted. Got my new phone running with the application of the protection screen and sent me on my happy way!! I realize any store could have done this but the key is making a customer FEEL like you're helping them solve their problem. Kudos to this store that figured it out! read more

T-Mobile one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with , there's always something. They take out a double payment from my checking account causing my rent payment to rent returned with my bank. I get all kind of fees from my apartment complex (over $200) and they're only willing to refund a $38 bank fee to my T-Mobile account (how does that help for the moment)? So I guess I have to solve this legally... Stay away from this company they're bad news and have no compassion... read more

Not sure if the customer service at this location was just poor on the days I've visited or if the customer service here has actually become worse altogether over the last few years. This is the store where I first purchased my first smartphone a few years ago, and I recall the customer service being great. However, the past 2 times I've visited, the customer service was poor. Today, I just stopped by to simply redeem a T-Mobile Tuesday deal. It was around 11 am and not busy overall. Both reps were with customers, which is understandable, no problem there. But I ended up standing there for about 15 minutes or so, without being acknowledged/greeted/or told "I'll be with you later" (which is basic customer service...) by either of the reps. Actually, one of the reps looked at me as he walked by and did not even say a word. I couldn't tell if he was casually chatting with the customer or actually doing business. I was on a tight schedule and maybe I would have ended up standing there for 30 minutes not knowing if I'd ever be helped or not, who knows. Anyway, not wasting anymore time at this location anymore. Called the store manager, and it didn't sound like he's going to do much- I'd discourage customers from coming here. read more

After being a verizon customer for 10 years, they want to charge me $40/monthly with my own phone provided. Not being flexible to customers need. HUGO is a complete idiot. They have a $35 plan which he knew nothing about, had to call his manager then instead of listening to what I wanted proceeded to talk his way right out of a customer. Prior to that he told me my phone was broken because the battery was dead, I charged it and he was astonished that it worked. He then told me it wasn't comparable With TMobiles system. It's a Tmobile phone but sure you idiot, you don't even know how to charge it let alone what's comparable with what! Idiot. My advice? Use another store or carrier all together. A couple days ago my sister's phone died. We were out and about and headed straight for a TMoble store that she knew of. Since I have TMobile too, I took advantage of the stop and addressed an issue with my phone that had been annoying me for months (but it wasn't keeping me from using it so I kept putting off the trip). A technician named Vince looked at my phone and within about two minutes had the problem fixed. In the next couple minutes we addressed another question I had and ended up learning some very valuable things about my phone. He was great and I was very happy. My sister and her husband were also very satisfied with the service in the store. It's too bad they ended up highly frustrated by the so-called customer service that they were forced to deal with TMobile's over seas telephone technicians. The result was them nearly dropping TMobile all together. The moral of this story is if you can get anything done at the store, do it at the store. read more

Well, I broke my Galaxy SIII which I purchased from Costco along with the SquareTrade warrenty. SquareTrade didnt have any SIII's in stock so they sent me a check to purchase the phone outright in which I had to go into a corporate store. So I go in to buy it... mind you I have 5 lines. The guy tells me that if I migrate two of the lines I had that were still on contract ($400 total), that my bill would drop $100/mo. Also, I would have to pay in full for my new phone. That was fine. I had to pay $180 that day and the bill would be $20/mo more. I would still be saving $80/mo. I paid $550 that day.... well I got my bill and its $690. I took it into the store and the sales guy said it would be adjusted.... another bill came. NOT ADJUSTED. So I called and apparently what he wrote on the paper to demonstrate my payments was WRONG! DONT LET THEM SWINDLE YOU!!!!!! I now have to pay that in full by tomorrow or my 5 lies will be shut off. I am no longer under contract... been a loyal T-Moile customer for 10 years... I think its about time I switch. read more
