Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. Money comes back, time does not.

Even though i am a small fish in a big pond (as far as their business is concerned), and even kind of a nuisance to most places like this==I was always--and I mean always treated with courteous professionalism and kindness. My requests--even when I didn't know what I wanted or was talking about were not laughed at, but simply clarified, and done. Yeah you can go to fedex office or one of the large office supply chains and pay 2- 3x as much and get someone who is more clueless than you are- OR you can go here- where they are real professionals who enjoy what they do and are happy to help. Its not as convenient, they close at 5, its a hassle to get there sometimes, but I have never felt like it was not worth it. THE BEST! These people are always receptive and responsive, we can call or write them an email to check on something. Pleasant and warm to work with. Our TI sub plans for a smaller job run around $11. Our bigger jobs run $20-30 depending on how many pages. We had a rush job but could not fight traffic so late in day - they've left our plans outside for us or helped us get our plans otherwise. He went around the corner into a back area and I could hear him explaining what he thought I needed. I heard a voice from the back room loudly saying "Huh?" and another employee came to the front. This guy looked even worse, clothes completely stained, wrinkled and brown. He immediately dismissed me to go online and "look it up there". When I asked which section on the UPS website I would need to search, he said "just google it". Worst customer service I have ever received.
