They were incredibly accommodating, even adjusting the menu for a pregnant guest and one with a sesame allergy without hesitation, ensuring everyone felt included. The customer service was timely, and the chefs arrived on time, dressed professionally, and were both respectful and engaging. They even took photos with us, adding a personal touch to the experience. The food was absolutely outstanding. We opted for the premium package, which I highly recommend. The bride's love for tuna was accommodated with an extra portion, making the meal truly special. The chefs prepared everything on-site, using the fryer outside to avoid lingering smells, and left the space cleaner than when they arrived. They also thoughtfully packed our leftovers for us, which was much appreciated after we were already full from the delicious appetizers, rolls, and mochi. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. There were no issues with contact, communication, allergies, food quality, or anything else. Tomas! Wow. What an incredible private sushi experience. Tomas and his sous chef came to our Airbnb for a Bachelorette party and they were AMAZING. Tomas was so polite and helpful with all the crazy questions I asked leading up to the event. He immediately introduced himself to each member of the group and made us all feel so comfortable. He was so accommodating with the dietary restrictions and explained each dish in great detail. THE FOOD. Wow. We were in heaven! So many incredible appetizers-- the chicken karaage was NEXT LEVEL. Everything we ate tasted amazing. And we are a bunch of 30-something snobs who love sushi so he really blew our expectations out of the water. I also hired salsa dancers to come during the meal. It was a surprise to the rest of the party, and Tomas was so helpful in greeting them while we could enjoy our food. I also think his prices are SO affordable for Miami. For what he puts together, for the quality of food he makes, he could be charging a lot more! All in all, it was an unforgettable experience and I am so thankful I found him! read more
