We hired Eric and company to do a small catering for my daughter's senior recital at Univ. of Miami. Of course I was a little wary about hiring a company based on YELP reviews. I was not disappointed! Being from Hawaii, I've had my share of sushi and sashimi - it's a staple at every gathering. Plus, my father was a chef (not sushi) and my uncle owned a kamaboko factory (fishcake) so I grew up around catering and a lot of fish, The sashimi and sushi was fresh and delicious. Eric and crew set up promptly and worked hard to feed the students - everyone was extremely pleased with the food. I received a lot of positive comments from the attendees. I wish I had other events that I could hire Itoko Miami for but sadly my daughter will be graduating and leaving Miami.
