What should have been a one hour visit ended up consuming the better part of two days. Initially, I was told by current prescription was too strong. Once, I was finally done, I asked if my vision had changed much, was told "No". I compared my prescriptions once I got home, and my prescription was Not too strong. Going back, Not, Not, Not!!!!!!

The optometrist (I hope I used the right word) was super thorough and allowed me all the questions I had. I have family history of glaucoma and I'm getting to that age where cataracts are becoming a thing. Glad to find out I am okay for both for now but I've been put into the system to see a specialist as a follow up in a years time. Afterwards I spoke to another woman who helped me through what was a blepharitis diagnosis. I know several people who have this and none do their treatments so I've decided to stay on top of mine. Apparently 85% of women get this. I thought I had dry/overtired eyes from phone overuse but a simple treatment of wipes and a linseed mask heated in the microwave and my eyes are feeling better already.
