But I have had lobster before, albeit cooked differently. What we got was rather tasteless chewy chunks of lobster meat flooded in a butter and shallot sauce. LOADS of sauce. The next night, I had the herb and parmesan crusted hake fillet, which if anything was even more delicious. The hake was possibly the best fish I've ever eaten, and the creamy mustard leeks were spectacular. After a lot of heavy pub food while traveling in Wales, the light and refined food at Dylan's was a welcome change. The only thing that I didn't like quite as much was the dessert: I ordered the cinnamon churros, and while they were by no means bad, they just didn't wow me the way the rest of the meal had.
