Dr. Michele was excellent, explaining the pictures she took with new equipment I had not seen before. I have since started going to the Cochrane location as it is closer to home. I can't say enough about the staff at both locations as they have been so good. I can honestly say that after such a short time and just a few visits the staff all know me by name and treat me like a friend more so than a customer - not the case after 30 some years of going to the same Dr. in Edmonton. The follow up, concern and level of service is rarely seen these days! I have recommended them to others who are now seeing these folks and all have had the same experiences. It is both clean and professional with room to browse frames or to sit and wait. For the children, there is a little play space and treatment rooms are comfortable. My experience with Ms. Kandalam was exceptionally good as she was knowledgeable, patient and was a huge help in my decision of which glasses to purchase.
