I came in with a mass of messy, dead, and unkept hair that was past my waist; I needed a change! The shop opens at 9 on Saturdays and my appointment was at 9; I was seen practically right away. I showed Stephanie the pictures of what I wanted my hair length to look like and she asked me questions to ensure that I was 100% sure it was what I wanted, which I really appreciate because it shows how professional she is. When I was unsure about certain things, she gave me reassurance and suggestions, along with honest feedback. Stephanie was extremely down-to-earth and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. A cut and a wash generally runs at $17, but I needed a miracle to deal with the bird's nest on my head and so it was about $25 for me, not including a tip, which I thought was fair. Nonetheless, she did an amazing job and I really love the outcome! I like long hair and I miss mine already, but I'm excited to style it differently. I cannot wait to go back for my balayage!

Adriana asks you first what you need and she works carefully, telling you about her process. I ended up getting highlights that blended well with my natural hair and don't look fake. My hair looked worse than before I went in, just much shorter. Her coworker took over and was telling me that the reason for my hair not looking right, was because it was not supposed to pull hair from the front and brush it back, Total BS Will never go there again and do not recommend this place at all, so very disappointed.
