In the Lifespa, Josh has been an incredibly talented massage therapist and has helped me with resolving stress and pain. I have recommended him to many people! I have loved Katrina's dance class over the years and she makes it so fun and yet you don't feel uncomfortable if you aren't perfect with the moves which gives you encouragement to try. Recently I have been going to Tai Chi with Lindsay and when I leave that class I just feel amazing. Meredith on Sunday Yin Yoga has a special gift in guiding you to a peaceful place. I love Sandra's Thursday shred as the time goes by so fast. Kandee Bishop is also amazing at keeping you energized and her format is great for bar class. I recently tried Aaron's for Root Hatha and can't wait to go back. The pool is beautiful and they take great care of it! The cafe is great and people are friendly and they have great service. The family center here offers kids programming with arts, Spanish lessons, gymnastics, and other organized activites. Not just kids running around all over the place in a daycare which makes me feel excited to bring my kids. There are also countless preschool lessons, swim lessons, a warm pool with slide, water fountain and zero entry. There are numerous free classes for the grown ups included with membership from yoga to kickboxing, weight training, Pilates, spin, anything you can think of! Multiple racquet ball courts, a track, a court gym with drop in hours for pick up games and plenty of exercise equipment and weights makes this a top of the line gym with the added focus on the family. So excited to be a member!

My son canceled it 3 times on line and said membership canceled everytime. They said he never filled out the form. Can't cancel in person had to do it online. They gave me one month refund should had three according to an email. So if you are planning on joining be aware canceling isn't easy. Son liked the gym otherwise.

Decent equipment and love their music selections. Very high energy. This gym is powerlifting-friendly and has its own area for chalk. It's nice to see a place that not only allows deadlifts, but has a platform and doesn't blink at chalk-use. Also, I love the mural on one of the main walls painted by a local artist. Very nice work. If I lived in DM, I would get a membership here.
