The Windows event logs contained over 4,000 critical errors generated AFTER the repair, including Side‑by‑Side failures, DCOM 1089 errors, TPM service failures, and repeated update failures. These issues indicate a severely corrupted or improperly installed operating system. A repair install even crashed midway, which should never happen on a properly serviced machine. I expected a functioning system after paying for a repair, not a machine in worse condition than before. I would strongly caution others to verify the quality of work before trusting this shop with their devices.
