Called this place today asking how much to replace my charging port on my iPhone XS Max he quoted me a price ,then said come by and let me check it out it might not be the changing port ,I pulled up gave him the phone then he said I can fix it for free then he picks out some lent out of the charger and said that's ur problem . I got a call back from Josh first thing about setting up a appointment to get my phone fixed and when I got there Josh told me when to come back and my phone would be fixed, but I could see he was busy and on his own so I was a little like oh I don't if he can fixed it by the time they close but it was done when Josh told me it would. This location was unable to repair my cell. As it was my only cell, I requested they email me communication re: my cell. They instead called and texted me, none of which I was capable of receiving as my cell was in for repair; hence my request to receive email communication. Afterall, how am I suppose to receive calls and texts messages w/o my cell? Then I was unable to pick-up my cell within a month, due to a family emergency which had me out-of-state, so they gave my cell to Samsung (as they claimed it was "abandoned"), despite my cell and memory card was NOT their owned property. On top of it all, at the time, they had only 1 employee, as their manager and other 2 employees had quit. Please find a more reputable and ethical business to repair your devices. read more

I have now had two terrible experiences with Hulen location. Dropped phone off what was supposed to be a 1 hour repair for cracked screen. Decided to wait till promised 2 hour window parked right in front of their store till promised time. Then went in to pick up at promised time. They said they didn't have a chance to get it. First time I've used 3rd party company for any of my Apple products and I doubt I'll ever bother with the Apple Store again. These folks are fast, reasonably priced and no lines. My 5 year old IPhone 6s Plus 128 g has been a work horse! Dropped it too many times to count with no damage, it's an awesome phone that "just keeps ticking". At 5 years I know I'm reaching end of life support on software upgrades but the phone is too good to toss and I'm not ready to pop for a new iPhone... planning to get new phone when 2nd gen 5g's are out. So when my lighting cable charge port started to act up I became concerned about my plan of running with my current phone for 2 additional years. Also had notice people we're having a hard time hearing me on phone calls. Started down the Apple Store path and it just felt like too much of a beating with too much time involved. I found UBreakiFix via map search. They were close, took appointments and had my repair completed within 2 hours and for $75. Replaced the lighting charge port which also contains the mics so $75 and two hours and I have a brand new pristine iPhone 6s Plus! I've replaced screens and batteries on other iPhones before myself but my eyes and free time aren't what they used to be. These folks are great! Highly recommend them. And Josh is great too! Staff was very rude. I came in due to my phone not charging. They hooked it up to a device and insisted nothing was wrong even though I literally showed them the issue, they just ignored me and kept insisting they were right. A good repair shop would at least look into it further instead of blowing it off like they did. Go to the kiosk in the mall or the place off montgomery, NOT this joke of a place. read more

For starters I made an appointment for Tuesday October 5th at 4:00pm. For some reason I was not in the system. Then when I came in for battery replacement, I was told that the battery was not available at that store. The tech told me that they don't carry that battery, while last Tuesday 9-28 the tech working that day told me the next shipment of batteries would in on the 5th of October. Either I'm being lied to or that tech didn't know what he was talking about. read more

Absolutely terrible service and communication. I brought my computer in for repair. They sent to HP and failed to follow out for over a month. They then sent the computer back not repaired when there was an open ticket for repairing. The biggest waste of time with no resolution. Needless middle man that jacks up prices. read more
