I then called the 3rd in front of him,which said it was the facility who over charged me. He then told me it was nothing he could do,as he then slammed down the paper on the desk and slid it to me. The customer service agent, based in CA, was snarky and rude when we called to request a more reasonable increase. We don't believe in government price controls but we do believe there should be some oversight in this space to control price gouging.
