We called Chenevert's and they came in to restored the cavern left and clean-up the site. Testing showed that the drain was working. Unfortunately the prior company didn't properly diagnose the issue and 30 days later the sink backed up again. We called Chenevert's and they were out within 30 minutes. They quickly looked through the entire lenghth of the drain pipe with a video camera and concluded that the drain pipe was fre of any roots and had no cracks or damage. What they counf was debrise from use but aggravated by the drainage from the air conditioner drainage from the attic above and the airborn particels sucked in were clumping causing the blockage in the line. A quick cleaning of the line with a cable line and it waas fully open. No reopening of the floor, no dirt and debrise spread through the house and very low cost to complete versus the thousands previously paid. More important, was the engaging employees who listened, diagnosed the situation discussed and explained the course of action need and ensured we understood and were in full agreement. What a great experience. We highly recommend Chenevert's and will mak the our Plumbing support for the future.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would not recommend them…read more I purchased a yearly maintenance membership for over $200 (paid up front) because I wanted my AC system tuned up. When I texted to schedule my maintenance, I also mentioned one room that seemed warmer than the rest and asked if they could take a look at it while they were already there. Instead of scheduling the maintenance I had already paid for, they set up an entirely different service appointment without making that clear to me. When the technician arrived, he told me he couldn't do the maintenance that day and that I would have to schedule another appointment. Then he looked at the warmer room and assured me the repair "wouldn't be that much." Later, I find out that he was supposed to have shown me an estimate BEFORE he did any work. That obviously did not happen because I would have said absolutely not. He spent very little time in the attic, claimed he "unblocked" one vent and adjusted dampers, then handed me a bill for $199. Even with a veteran's discount, I still paid $174 that I was never expecting to spend. I had literally just paid over $200 for a maintenance membership, and instead of receiving the service I paid for, I left with another unexpected bill. To make matters worse, the technician appeared unprofessional. He was coughing constantly and seemed to have difficulty breathing from the moment he arrived until he left. His clothes were dirty, and his zipper was halfway down the entire visit. It did not inspire confidence in the quality of the work being performed. After everything was over, I honestly cried because I felt completely taken advantage of. The technician knew I hadn't intended to schedule that service, yet he reassured me it wouldn't cost much before presenting me with a $199 charge. I contacted the company afterward. They refunded my membership fee, but they have refused to provide a detailed invoice explaining exactly what I was charged for. The technician simply entered a dollar amount with no itemized breakdown. As a customer, I deserve to know what I paid for. The worst part? The room is still warmer than the rest of the house. I don't even know if anything was actually fixed, and after this experience, I don't trust the claims that the vent was "unblocked" or that the dampers were adjusted. This entire experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and unfair. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

He was upfront about costs and went out of his way to try multiple lower cost alternatives before he eventually had to take the toilet off and drill the line. He even disinfected the floor afterwards and took the time to explain to me that my tank assembly is starting to go out and how to do the replacement myself, without pressuring me to pay more. I strongly recommend Stadium Plumbing if you: - Want to support a local, family-owned business with an owner who loves our community - Want someone who will treat you home like their own - Want clear, up front communication on costs - Want someone who won't try to take advantage of you - Don't want to pay the high emergency service charges or subscription fees that most of the other outfits in town want before they'll even send someone out Bottom line is that we all know that if you need a plumber, you're already having a s@$&!!% day, save yourself from making the mistake of calling a s@$&!!% plumber and call John at Stadium instead. Cannot recommend them more highly!

We've been using them for several years now, but our latest experience sealed the deal. Recently we had them come out for a sewer pipe inspection from another plumbing company which provided us with a yearly scope of our line. They discovered a slab leak underneath our home due to a shifted sewer line. The estimate to fix the line was very high. We decided to get a second opinion, so we called Clearwater. Jason and Andrew were able to come out immediately to check the line. They ran a camera through the line and did see the disconnection but further under our slab, quite a bit further than the other company noted in their estimate. Jason gave us a quote that was much more affordable. Jason told me the excavation crew could be there the next day. The excavation company Clearwater uses was wonderful. I've never seen 3 more hardworking individuals. It was amazing they were able to dig a 10' tunnel under our slab in less than 3 hours. A day later, Jason and Andrew from Clearwater arrived to take care of the repairs, schedule the final inspection and testing and get the excavation company to backfill the tunnel. Clearwater seamlessly took care of a major repair with finesse and professionalism. If you need a plumber, Clearwater is the one to call. Update, a few days later, we discovered a link in the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Due to me being an amputee and my wife with a broken right wrist, we were not able to make the repairs ourselves. I called early in the morning and Jason and Andrew were out to take care of the leak a few hours later, awesome service.

Your worker was gone for approx. 1hr to obtain parts. Your Service call should have made certain he had these faucets on his truck before traveling to my residence. That faucet is a commodity plumbing item during the winter for plumbing contractors. Early in the visit after he was able to see the faucets the worker had me sign a work order for $237.00 total. He never explained the cost of the units, nor did he mention the travel time will increase that cost by 147.0% to $499.89. Had he done so, I'd have paid the $237 and wrote it off to experience. I'd still have to hire a different contractor but I could get a fair cost estimate b/c I then knew what I was dealing with. Your service took unreasonable advantage of me in multiple ways. The applied travel time to obtain the faucets and their markup costs are exorbitant. The exact part from many vendors is listed online and available locally at a retail price of $36 to $48. In my offer I marked that retail price up 30% over retail cost. Total Plumbing cost was actually less b/c Total Plumbing buys in quantity, to receive a substantial discount. Further, there are less costly, equally effective though perhaps uglier, versions for even less from Total Plumbing vendors. Please refund $145 to my account. If this remedy is not provided, then I never again will use your service, and I will tell my experience to others. Too often, unscrupulous contractors seek to take advantage of elderly customers. I learned now this is NOT simply a misunderstanding by the worker and/or others about fair and reasonable costs, it was an effort to do otherwise.

At the same time we wanted to replace our two 50 gallon water heaters with a single tankless system. We consistently heard from potential companies a) that we should only re-pipe the attic not the walls (because the walls were difficult, but we had had breaks on exterior walls) and b) a single tankless wouldn't work in our home that is just shy of 3500 square feet and one story (lots of long runs of pipe). Cody Huffman and Tier One came in here and heard our concerns and knew we wanted the job done once and done right. They researched the tankless heaters and designed a recirculation system for us. They completed the entire job, full re-pipe including in walls, and a tankless system for less than the estimates of others. We could not be more pleased. Hot water, all the time, throughout the house. And we are sleeping much better feeling protected from weather and age related breaks. We HIGHLY recommend Cody and his team at Tier One!
