Poor customer service. Called on the phone asking about service area in a different county and was told they don't service that area (which was fine), but then they immediately hung up the call. I called back few seconds later and the phone rang and rang before getting voice mail. Took a third call half an hour later and then was told to call the county's environmental services for a list and was barely able to get a thank you out. The way I see Coleman is people who love titles. You know CEO, CFO, COO, President etc.. Funny that you think you have a septic service and they no show so you call and they tell you that they are not going to renew as it is too far. Now they never bother to contact in any way to tell you of their choice. If they think it is too far why in the hell did they book in the first place. I know the CEO had to confer with the President and so forth and they just would not contact or show up. Their work was OK just not their principles. read more

Sometimes life can be shitty! Four years ago I built my home in Granbury. I contracted the installation of a complicated aerobic septic system with a local provider. For years I have had nothing but heartache and expense, not to mention the misfortune of dealing with a surely, arrogant and rude maintenance tech. I called Coleman and in short order they sent out their maintenance crew that quickly found the source of my most recent issue and got things fixed and running. The cost of the service was nominal. The two guys that took care of the problem were both courteous and professional. I give them very high marks and would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

I had this company for a little while. Then their secretary decided to tell me, "I tell you what. We are no longer going to be your septic company." This was after I confronted her about an issue. The LAW in Hood County, Texas is to give the homeowner 30 days notice. She obviously did not. Here is another issue I had with Mitch Coleman's Company. I drove all the way to Joshua Texas to buy a brand new pump in 2012. Of course the lead investigator for HCEH was paying for it as we were dating (if that's what you want to call it) I believe he got it for a mere $200.00. So I spend my whole day driving there to pick it up because I believed the HCEH lead investigator was actually going to have Mitch install the pump. NO, that is not what happened.. The lead investigator tells me Mitch is not going to install a new pump in my system but a so called re built one. What he meant was USED FROM SOMEONE ELSE'S SYSTEM. So that's what Mitch Coleman did. Put a used pump on my system and it did not last very long at all. When I moved to Granbury nine years ago, I was completely unfamiliar with the realities of owning, operating and maintaining an aerobic system. Having grown up in the city, I was used to flushing the toilet and - swoosh - away it went to some magical (and, in all likelihood, stinky) place called a waste treatment facility. Well, no longer. Now, when I flush, it goes into the waste treatment plant buried in my backyard - 500 gallons of awfulness just waiting to go wrong. It's a sobering thought for even the heartiest of souls. That is where Mitch Coleman and his team of experts/superheroes come into play. My initiation came in 2006 when the aerobic alarm went off in the middle of the night. For those of you in the know, that red eye of death is a frightening specter during the day. In the middle of the night, it can be downright terrifying, especially when you have no idea what is happening or why, and all you can imagine is what is supposed to stay under your house may, at that very moment, be slowly creeping back into your house. From that point on, Mitch and his team have come to my rescue on more occasions than I care to count. Whether it's a short circuit in the pump wiring at ten o'clock on Thursday night or an alarm on a cold, rainy Christmas Eve, they answer your calls, are quick to respond, and show up on time and as promised...all the while calming fears, averting disaster, offering advice and imparting knowledge. I am admittedly - and, in my mind, justifiably - paranoid when it comes to my aerobic system. So to have someone as knowledgeable and professional (and, frankly, as so damn nice) as Mitch on speed dial is comforting, because when the beast below rears its stinking head, the last thing you want is to have to rely on some amateur to get it back in its cage. I used this company on about 15 rental properties in Granbury since 2015. They cancelled two service contracts that I paid for mid term, because I dared ask for a copy of a $90 service invoice that they wanted payment for. Insisted I had it already and declined to send it to me and decided to punish me for this. Unprofessional, bad tempered, rude and no longer willing to add chlorine to a system. For 2 months they signed off on my system as being acceptable and did not check the sprinkler system it had not been working for over 2 months. They also tryed to bill me for 1/2 hour of labor with no pre aproval or explination of what work was done. When I refuse to pay they threatend me with a breach of contract.
