I had been trying to cancel my membership online as I'm moving out of state but had some trouble. I called a few times as well (I was out of state) and had some trouble. I thought I'll get in and cancel this week, what I did not realize that a 70 dollar maintenance fee was going to be charged on my account the same time I was attempting to cancel. not only did I pay my 60 dollar dues the end of last month, I paid the maintenance fee and will also have to pay membership at the end of the month. I thought they would work with me and maybe waive the end of month fee or the maintenance given my situation and loyalty to them. nope. Nothing. I was made to feel silly for not being aware the maintenance fee was coming and was told I should have read my contract. they absolutely could have given me the benefit of the doubt especially when I hadn't even been in the club in months. The attitude from the lady at the front with light brown and the unwillingness to work with a costumer who has been with them. This is not a place I would ever walk into again or give a dime of my money. I will be contacting corporate, I don't think this is a way to treat people.

This gym has it all: Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, cf equipment, mats, etc. and Chris, the owner, seems like one of those guys who knows way more than you realize, and you realize he knows a lot, so that's impressive. I had an amazing time trying out a barre class at this studio. I learned about this charming spot…read morefrom KavaClub and was so excited to learn about a new-to-me place for barre. Barre is my favorite kind of workout. This studio is super cute. It's one big room with a mirror at the front of class. When you walk in, there is a counter to check-in at and a white board with all the equipment you need for the class that day. It's located in a strip mall so there is tons of easy and free parking in the lot out front. They have one single stall bathroom in the back right corner. They also have a water fountain. Mallory was my instructor for the day and was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She took the time to explain the class to me and suggested I sit up front so it was a bit easier to follow her. This class was a really fun challenge. She played music that matched the movements and I found myself shocked at how fast time went. They have great equipment here so you don't need to bring anything but yourself (no special socks needed for this one). I highly recommend checking out this studio!
