I planned to attend a couple times a week, but now find myself going every weekday without fail. It helps that I've gained 20 pounds in muscle mass after just a few short months. X-Team isn't your typical gym. The group fitness classes are different everyday and it's truly a team atmosphere. You have both indoor and outdoor options as well as yoga and group runs. Because the workouts change everyday, it never gets boring or predictable. You also end up hitting every muscle group without having to think about what to do next. You come in, do 9 rounds of 3 minute each and have a 3 minute break in between. The trainer teaches you each round and will be there for anything you need during your workout. 30 min and you get a great full body workout with muscle work as well as cardio. You get a heart monitor you can wear and shows on the tv to help you see how you are doing along the way. Jess is the owner and she's awesome and super helpful. The other trainers are fantastic as well, good people all around. It's the best workout and nothing like it in town. I use to go to another kickboxing place and this is really great for letting out any frustrations and feeling good after. You get a free first time class so worth the try!

The yoga is just amazing because now it stretches everything out and you get a cool down. It's such an all-around exercise and very balanced. One of the other things I really like about this is even though you're in a class, you workout at your pace and at your endurance level. This facility has brand new equipment and a great location (close to Busch Gardens) to boot. Another great factor is the safety. They are right around the corner from a police precinct. I am in love with this place! If I had the money and if it was closer to my house, I would TOTALLY JOIN! They have new equipment and everything is taking care of! If you have kids, this is your place! They have a room where kids can watch tv or play video games, ping pong table, and more! The community is amazing, they are all helpful and nice! They also respect each other's space!! I would love to come back and actually workout in there!
