This is a beautiful, historic building with exposed brick walls, original hardwood flooring, exposed beams and tons of charm! The entrance can be found on Ottis F. Jones Parkway, and is on the backside of the building on Person St. near the historic Market House. There is plenty of convenient and free parking as well as a handicapped ramp that is very handy. Jordan answered and was extremely helpful answering all my questions and understanding of the fact that I was planning the reunion from another state. I also appreciated her thorough follow-ups ensuring that I receive the contract on time, letting me know when she was going to charge my credit card and following up with a floor plan for the event. She is obviously an experienced event manager as she had great suggestions for our event. It's a flexible venue and it's nice that you can rent tables, chairs and linens directly through them. My only hangup was the price of linen rentals which were quite expensive (coming from a wedding planner in Hawaii). I also wish they had a vendor that rented out lounge furniture. Other than that, setup and cleanup were a breeze and they were so flexible with our caterer, Pierro's Italian Bistro, who was right next door. Our reunion went off without a hitch! Everyone had a great time and was pleasantly surprised by the venue since many of them had never been to the Rainbow Room before.
