I have been divorced for 10 yrs and my exhusband never refinanced as was our agreement. Silverman law stated this was a common, simple case. I paid a $5000.00 retainer and was scheduled for a phone call meeting in May. Katie did call and our conversation lasted 13 minutes. Again It was stated to me by Katie that this is NOT complicated at all. So our conversation ended and I left knowing that this matter would be handled and resolved. Since May 5th, I received NOTHING. No email, no phone calls, no texts, no letters. NOTHING. So on August 3,2026, I called the HELENA OFFICE AND REQUESTED A REFUND. I spoke with the office manager, who was very nice and apologetic and immediately refunded a payment back to me, with holding a portion for that 13 minute phone call back on May 5th. However, even after requesting a refund, Katie never reached out explaining anything. NOTHING. Very unprofessional. Very inadequate. Very incompetent. Do not use this service.

My first contact should have been a red flag; the…read moreperson calling to schedule my initial interview couldn't give me clear directions to the office. Upon arrival, I was kept waiting while the person I had an appointment with finished her smoke break. We chatted a bit and I was given a series of tests that had little to nothing to do with my education, skills or experience (I did not want to temp at a call center nor did I want to input digits on a computer). A few days later, I was contacted by email to schedule a "cattle call" interview at ... you guessed it, a call center. I couldn't make the date/time set and let them know. Then, I received a phone call trying to schedule me for another interview. However, the person on the phone didn't know a thing about the position and couldn't give me any details. I looked into it myself and discovered it was another call center type position. I asked about openings more in my line of experience and interest and never heard from them again. Nearly all contact I had with A2Z was unprofessional and left me with more questions than answers. My advice to anyone out there looking for temp work is to get linked up with as many companies as you can and know that at least one will get you somewhere.

Cody, who runs the place, has personally worked with me to do a couple projects that I needed done, and has done an excellent job. First, being new to the area and seeing the 406 back the blue signs everywhere, it took me a while to figure out where they came from, but finally I realized that they came from Cody at fast signs. So I went in and I spoke with Cody and his crew, and secured myself one of those signs, and made fast friends with them. (How can I not like and respect patriots that love our freedom and liberty?), and they even gave me some "I did that" stickers free of charge!! And some others! Good stuff!! Then, after getting my surveillance system installed I wanted a warning sign that wasn't as unfriendly as most, so Cody worked on his computer with me and we added "WELCOME" instead of notice or warning, to a large sign, and I think it came out great. In addition, I wanted some car stickers done with a particular patriotic design, and although they made them incorrect the first time, they redid them for me free of charge. What a stand up place and bunch of guys. I'm looking forward to giving all my sign and sticker business here in the future! Thanks Cody and everyone!!
