Friendly staff that processed my guest paperwork efficiently, machines were kept well maintained, and I went in during off hours so I didn't really have to wait around for machines. They have a wide array of cardio machines, so I was able to knock out my hour cardio on the treadmill too. Facilities were fairly clean and plenty of parking. The only complaint would be their snacks and drinks that are a bit over priced, I'd bring my own protein/snacks for pre or post workout. Overall a decent gym that got my session needs without any issue. Will continue to be back here as my gym of choice whenever I'm back in town.

Environment: Fairly clean, can be pretty busy depending on when you come in. They have a nice variety of machines to work with and a bunch of treadmills as well. They also have separate areas where you can do class or even video workouts if you follow video workouts Service: quick check in and if you want to buy a drink that they sell then the process is quick as well. I haven't tried the tanning bed or extra service they offer yet so I don't have much to say about those for now. This review is long overdue…read more This location fought with my dying dad for the months he was in the hospital and made him pay despite all the medical proof and paperwork. RIP dad, this place is despicable, the staff was heartless. My dad was in hospital and passed and wasn't going to use his last precious days putting this place on blast. When I found out about this recently, I believe everyone has the right to know the sort of club and staff they are dealing with . There are plenty of gym options that wouldn't treat a fragile, dying man that way. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

I would say on the occasion, some of the machines are out of service. I think this is the norm for most gyms. My other gripe about this place is that it feels a little dark - I wish the lighting would be better. This is just a preference about the lighting and made no impact on my impression/score of this institution. For example, there was another retro fitness a few miles away that closed down. I just simply liked the fact that it was brighter in that place than in this gym. One other issue is that I feel the locker rooms are a little dirty, especially the men's. There are signs that other people had tampered with the toilets in the past. It's kind of a shame because if the locker rooms were a little bit better, I would give this a five star review. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and I'm very positive about this gym with only very minor issues. If you don't want to spend much and need something in a pinch, this is honestly a great place. I think this is leagues above the other bargain gyms in the area.
