I planned to leave as soon as I found it. Lauren Johnson asked me if she could help me find what I needed as I entered then did just that. I realized there might be a few things I could use for myself which I told her. Her response was to say please browse and she'd help me further if I needed her, then she did just that. When I accumulated some things, I took them to Lauren. She asked me why I was buying one thing because possibly there was something that was less expensive that might do a better job. Once I looked at it, I could see she was correct. How nice that I had all the time I wanted to look, then she may the suggestion! Luaren really knows her merchandise and how to present it in a professional manner... Yelpers should know that the prices at Arizona Therapy Source are very reasonable. I bought heel lifts at a competitor, Hangers, the week before. I bought the identical lifts from Lauren for half the cost. I don't expect items you have to buy for therapeutic sources to be cheap but the prices at ATS make it easier. Now let's talk about the situation that really cemented my five star rating. An item I bought had to be returned. When I went to the senior living center, it was obvious the item was okay, but the box had been damaged. I came close to not going back when I saw that box, but decided all they could say was no. Lauren was there today. I explained about the box. She smiled and asked for my credit card to do the return. I run a pet-sitting company in Chicago. Before I ordered, I did all my due diligence -- I had them send me a sample of the product, assessed the quality, and made sure it fit all the possible cans my customers might have, and it did. So I placed the order and what I got instead was garbage. The lids are too tight to fit on the most popular size cans (5 oz). If you push them down with all your might, the lid pops off on the opposite side!!! It is impossible to use, and I see my clients NOT using them. Instead they're buried in drawers or thrown away, who knows? I certainly wouldn't want them cluttering up my kitchen! They make my company look second-rate and cheap, and we are anything but. Now I'm left with probably 200 can lids sitting in my closet. I called the company to let them know and they had "my rep" give me a call. Apparently I had had them too long to replace them - not that I wanted any more of their products. BUYER BEWARE - inexcusable bait and switch tactics being used. Don't trust anything they say.
