I planned to leave as soon as I found it. Lauren Johnson asked me if she could help me find what I needed as I entered then did just that. There was a no pressure to buy one of the more expensive lift belts. It was apparent that she was most concerned in helping me to buy what was truly best for my friend. I realized there might be a few things I could use for myself which I told her. Her response was to say please browse and she'd help me further if I needed her, then she did just that.
