The exact verbiage from the contract is, "The Contractor is not liable for damage to hidden water, electrical, gas, and/or HVAC lines." However, in the photo sent of the damage, the HVAC line is clearly visible. When we pointed out that the line was clearly visible, they claimed they were still not responsible and would cover just $250 of the $2133, but only if we removed the 1-star Google review we had just left.
