The initial consultation was straightforward and he brought samples which were helpful. He did a great job listening and quoting for the work I asked for. He worked with my budget and overall was easy to work with. I had some challenges with his team's arrival times not being consistent, and the timeline seemed to take longer than originally expected, but these things happen during renovations and in the end wasn't a huge deal. The entire project took about a week. The final fit and finish were well done, the grout work and glass install were clean and impeccably installed. Finally, a small issue we found with the install was addressed in a timely manner.

He notified me that he had to take the cover off the main breaker panel(I had no idea that was to be performed prior, just access to it), but there was a shelf in the way with a few items on it. I told him I would move the shelf so he could do what he had to do, but he told me he would just note it? There was also apparently not enough garage flooring or walls to see for him to inspect and noted that as well. Unbeknownst to me by him just noting things and not communicating them so I could deal with them while he was here, the inspection was not finalized and made the buyer very weary. He basically built in a re-visit which was going to cost me $250.00 for him to come back out and do what he should have accomplished when he was there a couple days prior. He may mention time was an issue, but we had the key lock box code for him to lock up if needed and that was relayed. The contract on my home was ultimately cancelled due to this mis-communication and his over inspection. I would not recommend or hire myself.

BEWARE!!! I regret hiring Alex from Trimelogic for a home remodeling project. Unlike what was…read morepromised, he performed no meaningful construction work. The only actions taken were the complete demolition of my master bathroom and destruction that placed my home at risk: he cut through a structural support beam and damaged the building envelope to the point where daylight was visible through the exterior walls. These actions not only failed to improve my property but introduced serious safety hazards. Despite these facts, Alex continued to demand more money while failing to complete even the most basic tasks. Communication was sporadic and unprofessional, with repeated promises followed by no actual progress. When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work. I strongly caution anyone considering Trimelogic to avoid this contractor entirely. Engaging Alex with your home exposes you to severe financial loss and safety risks.
