The crew arrived and made amazingly quick work of removing the 4 large pine trees and grinding down 5 stumps. They were very careful in their work near our power lines too. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.
