The crew arrived and made amazingly quick work of removing the 4 large pine trees and grinding down 5 stumps. They were very careful in their work near our power lines too. I was even able to speak with the boss on the job and ask to remove some additional trees we wanted done last minute, which was no problem and the additional cost was very reasonable as well. I am amazed with this team's knowledge and efficiency. The whole crew definitely knew what they were doing. I was glad to refer them to my friends who saw they work they had completed for us, and they ended up hiring All Seasons Tree Service for their tree removals too. So far I've received nothing but compliments about how our property looks now that the trees are gone. Without a doubt, very respectful and great workmanship. Casey, the owner, promptly responded to come out to look at our property and give us an estimate. We needed a lot of very tall pine trees dead branches trimmed , as well as very thick ivy infestation on one of them. Casey is a very knowledgeable arborist, and was able to give us a thorough plan of action. His crew showed up exactly on time the day of scheduled service, and they were very professional. They reviewed the plans with us, and constantly asked if we were satisfied with the work and whether or not we wanted any additional trimming needed. Very polite, professional, and friendly crew. Well, we initially asked them to keep some of the ivy on the one pine tree, for privacy reasons, but the next day, decided it looked too bad and we should have had them trim all of it away. So I contacted them requesting they come back sometime to trim all of it regardless of cost. Of course Casey responded promptly again, and stated they would come back and do it with no extra charge, and asked to remind him the following week. Just reminded him, and he responded it is on there calendar to be done asap. Great value, professionalism, honesty, expertise, and responsiveness. I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.
