Like many have said, the product is great, but the customer service is something to be desired. I wanted to give them a 1 star because of the CS, but it's a good product and it's not the owners fault his rep is too comfortable hanging up on customers. Also, be sure to account for everything in your Ironmaster shipment, my dumbbells were missing weight, that's on me, I didn't notice for year and a half until I needed more weight, but Ironmaster offered me nothing. Whether it's 30 days (their return policy) or 3000 days, my set came short. They could at least gave the weights to me at cost. I also gave the customer service guy I was talking to for the owner to call me. We'll see. Again, great product, poor customer service. And the guy even told me, "the customer isn't always right". I recently bought the IM2000 with a pec dec attachment. Due to an injury, I only recently got around to setting up the product 45 days after receiving the boxes. While the IM2000 is excellent, the Pec Dec attachment is of low quality and overall extremely disappointing. While the 30-day return window has passed, I reached out to the IronMaster team and was hoping was some flexibility, especially since I spent over $3000 with them and wanted store credits to get other attachments, but their rep, Scott, refused to provide service and I'm stuck with a subpar $350 attachment which is very disappointing. I decided to convert my garage into a gym and thus bought some Ironmaster products like the bench, quick lock dumbbells, bench accessories etc. The products themselves are of high quality - however, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Multiple emails to the company for follow up requests (e.g. I wanted to buy additional 2.5lb plates for the QL dumbbell set and emailed them via their website to ask for a quote) have gone unanswered. Disappointing, especially compared with a company like Rogue that is super responsive. Great quality products, but substandard customer service - hence taking off two stars. read more
