They ended up charging me for all the extra time and when I called to ask what the charges were, it was services charges and agreed to waive them said that was not told to me up front when I asked about pricing. I was told to get the refund the next day. Did not receive it so I emailed and was told " you need to be patient" in a clearly rude email. When I gave it another two weeks and called, i got reemed out on the phone an told we were " nightmare" clients because we had to push back the time. I'm sorry but the attitude of this women is the reason I'm writing this review. I dont have time but I made time to put this on here. She basically went on and on about how they are so busy and dont have time for small issues like this. The driver Milan added no extra and had zero to offer. she also fell asleep in the car when we were at one of the vinyards. They got their way over priced money and we will never use them again. Dont waste your time. There are other great ride options where you dont have to deal with the shitty owners who talk to you this way!

He blessed me by giving up his own profit to advise me how to use the terminal parking which made a complete difference for me because nobody wants to come out that time of night and he also advised me how to use the proper one because I have early onset Alzheimer's and I probably would've been able to find my car in the long-term policy so he told me to use the short term since I'm only going to be gone for eight days.
