This is a specialist school pitched towards local students as well as the international students who are interested in gaining their certification in Horticultural Studies. They are well recognised and part of the nationally recognised qualification system so it is a secure environment for a student who may wish to travel around the country after graduating and indeed be recognised with their accreditation. Horticulture is the process of growing plants and caring for them, it concerns everything from soil preparation through to harvesting food crops. A significant skill and skill set to have qualifications in and an area that a great deal of international students are interested in. The facility is a fair size and is well kept and I have not met a student yet who is unhappy with the service or they provision of support; particularly for international students who often may find studying in a country such as Australia something of a challenge because Australians are such a confusing mob to deal with. Many of the students I know are from India and they have all commented on how much they are enjoying the course. Now that is only about seven people, and all male, but nevertheless I think it is always a good sign when students speak well of the institution they are studying at. read more
