Where do i begin…read more... I began my journey at PUSH a little over 3 years ago. I think for anyone who has been out of the fitness game for a while, coming back in can definitely be intimidating, scary, and sometimes discouraging. Im so happy THIS is where i began... it was nothing like i'd feared. The trainers are all so Knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming! You really begin to feel like you are a part of something bigger, a fitness family that is constantly PUSHing eachother to do better, work harder, and grind a little more every day. I do personal training with Mike Contreras, who is amazing at what he does with every client, just like all the Push trainers are! Not only do they offer personal training, but athletic, crossfit, and physical therapy. To top it off and one stop shop that offers a shake/meal prep bar and chiropractor. 3 years later, -80lbs (still a bit to go), I've seen my body, STRENGTH, and own self confidence grow. Im not so hell bent on numbers on a scale, but what my body is capable of; endurance, strength. It wouldn't have been possible without the daily inspiration i get from my PUSH family. Thank you guys for all your patience and motivation!

No distractions, no televisions, no wait time cuz someone is on their phone. They assist and guide my daughter with strengthening her muscle groups to improve her volleyball game. They've helped her improve her footwork, agility, and explosion to meet the competitive demand to beat her opponents. Keep up the great work and thank you to the staff of PUSH!!!

Think warehouse vibe, no frills, just results. I booked a one-on-one functional fitness session with Joseph, who also happens to be the owner, and he was phenomenal. We hit rowers, skiers, sled pushes, core work, even the assault bike -- the kind of total-body, HIIT-style workout that checks every box. Joseph paid close attention to form, pacing, and made sure the session flowed efficiently without wasting a minute. What I really appreciated was the small-scale setup. You're not packed in with a bunch of people fighting for space -- it's more intimate and personal, which makes a big difference if you like focused training. Customer service was on point, and the energy stayed motivating from start to finish. No fancy amenities or post-workout frills here -- just solid programming, good coaching, and a gritty, get-it-done atmosphere. Not quite a 5-star luxury experience, but definitely a spot I'd recommend if you want something straightforward, efficient, and sweat-approved. Note; Location can be a bit tricky to find , go around to left side of building for entrance and look for the sign .

I remember when this MFT Iron Works Gym location was a gas station and the gate next to it was open. The staff is passionate and will ensure everyone in their facility stays safe. You can schedule to bring your unit for instructor lead pt. Exercise instructions take about 15 minutes and actual exercise time takes about 45 minutes. This is a great place to learn different circuit like exercises for the ACFT. I remember when this location was a gas station and the gate next to it was open. Wow, that was a while ago. Now days, this location holds MEF (Mission Essential Fitness) Ironworks Gym. Ironworks Gym staff is fit and passionate. PT sessions need to be scheduled ahead of time. They can hold up to 2 units (I am guessing depending on the size) Circuit Exercise Briefing for 15 different exercises takes about 15 minutes so the organized pt sessions last approximately 45 minutes and you do the circuit 3 times. I am sure their organized pt sessions are not always the same but as of Jan 2020 thats the day way it has be ran. Soldiers get a good workout specially a good workout prep for the ACFT. They got plenty of staff around to ensure soldiers conduct the circuit training in a safe environment.

I was excited to learn Pure Barre opened two locations in El Paso since my last visit here in 2017…read more My sister-in-law lives very close to this Kern Place location and is a regular. She was able to get me a free trial while I am visiting here for Memorial Day weekend/to celebrate my nieces' birthdays. We came here three times already! Friday and today we took the classic class, with Erica Friday and Heather today. We took owner Salina's empower class on Saturday. The workout is very challenging but the instructors were motivating and corrected my wonky posture as needed. They seemed to know all clients' names and called out compliments to people by name throughout the class. The studio is spacious and clean. On Friday, we got free wine after the class! I also got free scented epsom salt as a newbie. I definitely was sore after each class! This is a nice community of women and a great addition to the area!

This studio offers three different classes: classic pure barre; empower (which is more of a cardio workout); and reform (which is more Pilates based and incorporates resistance tubes). I love all three classes. The regular barre class incorporates small movements where you use your own body weight as resistance and then you stretch intermittently throughout class. I've always loved fitness but Pure Barre is by far my favorite work out! Plus, the people at this studio are amazing! I can honestly say being at the barre is my happy place. If you are even the tiniest bit curious, check it out! Worst case scenario you will get an amazing workout. Best case scenario it will change your life! This studio, in my opinion, also boasts the best work out retail in the city! Check it out :)
