He put in a drain pipe connected to my downspout and a drain box on the other side of my screen door both connected to a drain pipe that led to a bubbler about twenty feet away. He assured me that this would take care of my drainage issues, or he would come back and fix it. When the work was completed I paid him in full and when it rained later that day, and ever since, the flooding around my door and onto my patio continued. It took him two weeks to come back and look at the problem and he has not returned my calls since. So I am out $625 and still have the flooding issue. I do not recommend him any longer.

Steadfast informed us the technician was on his way, which was appreciated. He tested the sprinklers and marked those with issues and then gave us an estimate for the work. The technician worked late and when finished, explained the control box and shut off for the water. The technician did all that was needed to renew our sprinkler system. When we originally got our pavers put in they looked great but upon further inspection, we realized that they are slanting down towards our house. Especially with living in Florida all of the hurricanes that we get, it has ruined our backyard. We are concerned it will eventually flood our house because of how slanted they are.
