Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well. Highly recommend you read the other unfavorable reviews.

Last time Tyler came out he addressed a couple of issues that were just slight inconveniences but he fixed them properly and the system works amazing. Not surprisingly, an entire sprinkler zone was not working. The owner Jake returned the phone call and immediately started yelling, and screaming like an unhinged lunatic. Instead of trying to understand what information I was asking for he started screaming and using foul language. It was a rather frightening experience on the telephone, and Jake the owner seemed to lack any control over his anger. I've read some of the glowing recommendations from other people and it makes me wonder if maybe he's normal when everything goes his way but when confronted with potential problems who knows what this explosive guy is capable of.
