Jeff and his team installed a well pump and control unit. They checked out all of my zones (which hadn't been used in several years) to make sure we only replaced what needed to be replaced. He and his team were very thorough and made the process as economical as they could. Since I was working with him and a landscaper at the same time, Jeff also installed a new zone to reach new plants and recommended a below ground irrigation "tree" setup, vice the ugly above ground one I had to weedeat around. I have had to make a few additional calls to Jeff for maintenance and he is always prompt in his responses and service calls both. His prices are also very reasonable.

My mother used Mike's pump to install a pump they re-built. After only 2 years, it went out. I…read moretold them it was the pump. Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well. My old system was an indexing valve system with an old fashioned and antiquated timer box. Very limited control over each watering zone. Their employee Paul came to my property very promptly, got straight to work and didn't take a break for 6 hours. I did offer him water and soda which he politely accepted. Paul really is at the top of his game. Professional as well as a nice guy to talk to and ask all of my questions and concerns. His explanation of every aspect was very well presented to me. Definitely recommend these guys. They are pros and actually answer their phone unlike other guys.
