Not even a courtesy. So then forget it i'll eat those costs[mind you this is after pay this school since last year and paying for that extra week before leaving], our daughter was feeling some what okay by friday, so she went in, and we agreed to finish our time by tuesday, but we agreed on a weekly rate, which she did not honor for our last 2 days. Refuses to return deposit after given 30 day notice as stated on their policy, I told them I have some military training coming up. 2. In their guideline the wrote, drop of is 8:20-8:30 it also said to bring your kids to school on time. I HAD TO HIGHLIGHT IT IN HER OWN HANDBOOK TO SHOW HER, she wanted to pinch more money out of us. one of them even says 8:27, school starts at 8:30 she wanted to bill us for bring her "EARLY". Why did she not tell you all this but wait till 2 months later to bill you? Yeah, we can all imagine her motives. 9/15 for a drop off at 7:17, yeah right, my daughter wasn't even awake then. I'd like to see this fake made up number show up on video. 9/23 wanted to charge us 10x her usual "Early fee". Good thing my wife asked for a breakdown. 1 mistake I can understand maybe even 2, but seriously this is Criminal, I've seem more honest inmates working for the sheriff county Jail than this. CONSTANT FRUSTRATION, LACK OF CONCERN, AND HOSTILITY…read more My son has been attending for only 5 months. It's been a difficult experience, which started immediately after we enrolled. Our son is no longer attending, and we never enrolled our younger son. Recently relocated, we did not want to further disturb our son's schooling by moving again. We tried to make the best of the situation, however, we were met with constant frustration, lack of concern, and hostility. There was constant frustration due to the admin's inability to provide accurate information, and having difficulty remembering important conversations. For example, we were told class cameras would be set up during our tour to watch our son on occasion. After 4 months of asking I finally PRESSED and was told "we never said we'd fix the camera." My husband goes in, and miraculously the cameras are fixed the next day. I was told lunch was healthy, at the very least no canned food, and like any Montessori school, no candy/sweets (they give as a snack many days). I asked for a picture of the food to ensure all was well, after asking for a very long time, pictures clearly show canned food. I asked the admin to highlight meals that will have canned food to pack those days (she said no canned food at first, then said some...). She hands back every meal highlighted. Just seems like more care could be given. The lack of care was further shown when our son was hit/scratched by another student (other student's fault). First, they verbally told me an inaccurate account of what happened (my son explained). The teacher did not even know what day it happened. Because of that, I had to ask for an incident report (you should always have one when your child is injured). I got back a few words in the report, so I asked for a more detailed report (to handle any future issues). The request was met with almost physical hostility when I simply asked to review the final report one last time. Needless to say, it was the final straw. In the least, I certainly recommend asking very detailed questions and documenting all communications.

There were several unacceptable moments at this daycare and yet I still trusted my daughter to them. 1. As an infant a teacher fell with my daughter in her arms. I wasn't advised I had a couple days to request to view the cameras. They never called an ambulance they just said she was fine. I kick myself in the butt for never taking this further and reporting them. 2. There was a teacher named Jasmine that an incident happen with and they let her go. 3. There was an incident where I arrived to be told my daughter ran into another child face to face collision and she had a huge knot on her forehead. No medical care was provided, I was notified by a teacher that wasn't even in the room or witness to the incident. The teacher caring for her supposedly never noticed or witnessed anything. Laughable, 2 children colliding hard enough to create a big knot on my daughter's forehead would have caused them to both cry. Nonetheless, no one was aware she had a head injury therefore if she would have suffered any symptoms after the fact or even died no one was aware of what occurred until I was notified at pick up and I sent an email out to them addressing that incident and how it was not okay. That's when they expressed they had no idea what had happened until they had to sign the paper notice I signed at pick up. 4. Children biting all the time and no one correcting that behavior. After my daughter was bit a few times she tried to start biting and I correct that behavior immediately. 5. Many other incident and situations occurred, but my last straw was Ms. Lee psychologically impacting my child and forcing her to put her shoes on when my child couldn't. What's worse is I supply shoes without shoe laces and the best part is I was watching the cameras right when this was happening. It lasted minutes not seconds, she proceeded to have my child crying while my child sat on the floor, Ms. Lee was inches from her face saying "God knows what". My daughter's legs were out with knees slightly bent and Ms. Lee decided to press her knee down (continued saying things) and forcing her to get her shoes and put them on. That was it, I had enough and had her removed for the room and made the decision to seek care elsewhere. This daycare is not a daycare, they don't have curriculums, they keep the older kids outside for hours even with extreme heat. They don't have any type of system to teach children consistency, potty training, nor any type of developmental curriculum. This is more like a nanny service, drop off your child, hope for the best and be met with you're just a nagging parent. I made a mistake to trust this place because my older son went to a children's courtyard in Grand Prairie and they were phenomenal. But this location only cares about money and doing the bare minimum. I'm happy to say that my daughter is at a new daycare center (different company) and it has been a success. My daughter has learned and experienced many amazing things and is fully potty trained. This happened in less than 6 months. The curriculum at this new school is high standard, she has done amazing activities, experienced diverse cultures. They don't spend hours outside (especially with it being cold). There is consistency and an actual curriculum with actual learning. Do no waste your money and time at this location, do not regret giving one opportunity after another for them to do right and also, do not have children ages 2-3 and older on the right side of the school (when you enter all rooms to the right), because the teachers yell at the children and they also use profanity. Yes, saying stupid, dumb, or worse profanity is profanity and unacceptable language. Lastly, it got so bad on the right side with Ms. Lee my child was crying on our way to daycare, and when we turned the corner to her classroom she would run back towards the entrance and cry that she didn't want to stay and how Ms. Lee treated her some way. Listen to your child, when they cry in your car driving to daycare (or any location) when they express anxiety or fear to enter a classroom and their facial and physical expression change *huge red flag* do not ignore your child. I drew the line especially when I seen what I seen on camera and it was the best decision I could have made for my daughter that is now in a better place, physically, emotionally and more. I will say the issue begins with corporate, they need to be more involved in what is happening at this location, they need a better system, they need to invest more in actual curriculums and they need to stop covering up their mistakes, now they don't allow parents to see cameras, they review it themselves and then make a determination that is bias. Lastly, they do not offer water and they hardly eat the food supplied at the daycare. Your child will always be hungry and thirsty.

My daughter just started with Mrs harpreet this semester and I was afraid of the changed but Mrs harpreet has been so welcoming and made the transition so smooth for both, my child and I. She sends many updates and a summary of their day. She is available to speak anytime if needed. And she is very patient. Like I did, you may think this is a good thing as your kid gets to see the school and the Teacher gets to know kid's strengths and weaknesses so that they can help kids in some areas and set them up for the success. If you think like I did, you are wrong, in the name of "assessment/Interview" they regulate admissions. They cherry pick kids & call it company policies. Kids at age 2 or 3 you are supposed to accept all comers just like authentic public schools but they are private franchises and won't thrive for diversity. This is a terrible thing to do and remember they will judge your kid and parenting the minute you walk in the door for the interview. They seek answers for all the questions from their questionnaire, and they judge you kid based on how they feed themselves, toilet practices, language skills etc. when they are just 2 years old; if your kid lacks in some areas (most toddlers do anyway) they just decline the enrollment and confirm you in writing that you toddler is NOT ready for "Toddler" community. Staff at Wonderland Montessori won't even be shy to tell you in writing that if toddler lacks in anyone of those basis tasks at age 2 it would be difficult for a child to catch up to skills, they need to acquire at a rapid pace in their classroom of 14 students. Rapid Pace, what, huh? I was shocked!! Asked them are we still talking about "Toddler Enrollment" in the day care or High school senior enrolling in college? Though I had a terrible experience and short-term agony but I'm happy that in the long-run I liberated my kid from toxic culture and policies. The director of the daycare is by far the friendliest person I've ever met. Brianna, Misty, and Shabana take care of our daughter very well. They do art projects with her. The staff here provides updates to our daughters progress every day. They use the precious status app which really helps us see how our daughter is doing throughout the day. This is the first time we've ever put our kids in daycare and I would pick this daycare again if we were to have another child.
